I’ve been eating at Chandos for 13 years. We ordered a taco kit for a party we were having and instructed them that we needed the food ready at 7:30. When I arrived a young man quickly dismissed me when I asked to pick up the order at the register instead of the pick up line (my mistake, but he didn’t need to be rude). When I told another young man (red tattoo on his arm) at the pickup line I was here for a taco kit he said it wouldn’t be ready until 8. I explained that we requested that it would be ready at 7:30. He proceeded to dismiss my comment and say no we said 8 and we “don’t prepare our food”, even though I arrived at the stated pickup time. I waited a half hour and when the food was ready they just dropped the trays on the counter and barely acknowledged me. No thank you or sorry for the wait. Bizzare and bad attitudes from both of the young men working.

This is a hidden gem in southport. Right off of harbor, there is the chandos distribution center with a store front.

They were short staff which made getting our order long. Had to return to counter after we noticed part of our order was missing.

This must place to go if you like Mexican food, the vegetarian taco and cheese-bean burrito is one of the best I had with very affordable prices. I always heard good things about non-vegetarian dishes from my colleagues.

I was getting ready too order til this lady from Uber eats came in and the lady was rude to her with an attitude saying “Let Me See Your Phone” not cool at all, to treat people like that when they are coming to pick up orders for customers that order from them plus she spoke English very well, after seeing that I left, I don’t spend my money in rude restaurants.
