Second time I've been into this location. The first time they were stingy with the meat and guac. One tong of barbacoa and not even a spoon of guac. I had to argue to get the full spoon.
I had forgotten about the first time so I went in today before I went shopping. I ordered a kid's taco meal since I can't eat much. I get this at least a couple of times a month from other locations so I'm familiar with what it usually comes with. At this location I received barely enough meat for one taco let alone two. And the barbacoa had barely any flavor. It wasn't in the broth it usually is. I just had cheese, sour cream, and salsa with it and chose the chips as a side. Same things I always get. I also added a side of guacamole. They tried to charge me for the salsa and when I asked why they said you can only get three sides. I asked when did the meat become a side? It's the main part of a taco! They then tried to say it's because you get chips as a side. The manager saw the look on my face and said she wouldn't charge me the nearly $2 for $0.10 worth of salsa this time. Thanks for not charging me for something I shouldn't be charged for anyways. When I got home and looked at the side of chips that came with the meal that they decided meant I didn't need salsa there were 6 chips in the entire bag, not even half full. The bag is full at other locations. Extreme penny pinching.
And the seating area was filthy. There wasn't a single table or seat that didn't have food all over it.

Meat portions are pretty bad. Bowls are all over $10 now and they don't even put a decent amount of meat on--its like half what it should be. She dropped the measly amount of meat on top and I kindly asked if she could put a little more on, then she asked me if I wanted double meat and I looked in the meat thing and there wasn't even as much in there as she gave me. The meat I did get was mostly fat. Sad 😮💨

I’m kinda mad. This is my favorite chipotle near my work, and I come here often and will come by more, but I decided to stretch my wallet today to get quac in this economy. They go for the scoop and hit it to level it off to not give much. That’s normal practice But when it came to putting it on my dish, less than half fell off the big spoon and they moved on. I looked in disappointment at my couple tablespoons of guac. Food was delicious though. They prep it well, on higher end of chipotle flavor. I will be back. I hope they can do better. Will update review as needed.

Never seen such a messy Chipotle before. We got inside exactly at 10:45 and the space was dirty, tables dirty, overall space had crumbs/trash pieces. Where they prepare food, that area was messy and did not look appealing to the eye. They really need to emphasize on cleanliness since they're serving Food!

I've had plenty of mediocre chipotle burritos (haven't we all?), but very recently at this location I had my first one that was literally GROSS. Something was bitter and rotten tasting in it, and I feel a little off today. It sucks when you go into a place and hand them a good chunk of money to get something that is literally nasty and gross (not just "not that great"). And the place was visibly dirty and cluttered. Owner, general manager, where are you?

With all do respect……… no one cares, no one values customer service no more 😤This Chipotle is ABSOLUTELY horrific, from the messy presentation of the food, customer service and I don’t care attitude from the staff. Even though they needed to clean around the food and put out some fresh food, I still decided to give them a try (plus) I had been working ALL day & was tired….my family needed to eat. Run away and DON’T look back 😕😐

Ordered food from DD making sure double meat was marked and when I got the bowel, there was hardly any meat in it. Love the food but they need to work on their portions. I can’t finish rest of my bowel because it’s all rice and lettuce. Come on chipotle! Do better.

The food was fine. Customer service was very horrible!!! I had spoken to crew member and manager both displayed very unprofessional demeanor towards me!! I went there 30Nov2024 to order. I used my cash app offer where it takes 5% off orders. Well I paid $33 which where it applied on cash app. We'll the crew mbr argues with me that I still owe. Mind you have used cash app offers all the time and at Chipotle and this location a few times. Manager is involved and still say I owe when I didn't. It was so embarrassing 😳 and humiliating that a guy behind me paid the rest of the amount 🙃 he said they've done that to him. Yall they didn't even give my receipt when I asked for it!! Staff was very rude!! Very disappointed 😞
Great fresh food for a reasonable price. I can get two meals out of one of their burrito bowls.

I came here on a weekday at like 2pm so nobody was there. The worker was very patient with me as I made 4 different orders. My husband always orders a double wrapped burrito and they know how to do it here. They also give you a decent amount of food. Definitely come back! The place is huge so there are a lot of seats inside if you want to dine in.
The last few visits the honey chicken tasted weird and they are consistently out of items. "Not just right now but completely out" Sure enough next visit "we're completely out..." So we're done.

I usually get to this store right around the lunch hour, and I'm always surprised at how quickly they get everyone through the line. My only complaint is that they could be better about communicating to the cook when certain food items are getting low rather than waiting until they run out. Other than that, my food always tastes fresh, and the portion size is what I would expect from Chipotle.
