The rude manager was extremely disrespectful when I tried pouring a soda in to my cup right before closing and she got angry because she was “cleaning” the machine when I had no clue? She then continued to try and kick me out because I was “rude” whilst I was still eating my meal. I ended up cussing that fat pig out and eating outside.

30 dollars for two burritos is not right. Teach your staff how to scoop! Your service characterizes a famine mindset. People and their money are not treated with dignity.. You want to give the impression of care and of plentifulness. Please try to get there!

I love this place. I've visited other "Mexican" restaurants where the meat was bland and of low quality, containing either too much cartilage or fat. Furthermore, the other ingredients also seemed to be of the lowest quality.Here everything always fresh and tasty, have enjoyed almost every meal.

Probably been to this chipotle 50+ times as it's one of my wife's favorites. Of all of those times I can only remember 2 times where the order was correct. The annoying thing is when they are out of something like guacamole they don't even tell you and try to resolve it. They just let you find out on your own and have to call corporate later to get some form of compensation.

I live less than a mile away and have come to this location many times and eaten and progressively the service and portions have gotten worse and smaller, even after paying for the double portion of meat. If you have to eat here order at the restaurant, do not order online or else your order will have no meat even with a double portion of meat purchase. Recently ordered a bowl with double meat and when I looked at how much meat was given with my order it was definitely not even close to a one full portion of meat, more like a half. This has happened multiple times and this time was the worst I was not even half way done eating and the bowl was all gone of meat and about three quarters of the rest of the bowl was still full, this was after I had mixed everything together for even bites of everything. If you go in person this situation will likely occur less as all my favorable experiences have come from in person ordering, but the drawback is SOME of the staff can be passive aggressive with an attitude of thinking their work is beneath them and talking their frustrations out on the customer.

He hardly put ANY meat or rice. I asked 3 times for extra and he gave m me 3 pieces of meat when I asked for more.

Don't listen to these other reviews! This Chipotle is great and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. The entitled and wealthy members of this community have unattainable expectations and then blame it on the employees here for just doing their job. You do realize it's Chipotle corporate who dictates how much food goes in your burrito, right? The employees aren't trying to stiff you; it's the corporation doing that. If you ask for extra rice or other ingredients NICELY they are always happy to accommodate here. Keep in mind these people are underpaid for the amount of demanding work they are doing, so being polite and patient goes a long way towards making the interaction better for everyone. :) Keep up the good work!

Given this chipotle one too many chances. Tried ordering through the app a few times and they always seemed to forget something. Today was the last straw, we ordered 3 bowls, side of guacamole and 2 chips. As soon as we get home a bowl is missing. We return to chipotle to correct the order they give us a bowl that wasn’t even ours. So not only did we pay for a bowl that we didn’t receive but they gave us a bowl that we didn’t even want, they didn’t bother to try to remake ours bc it was busy. Lastly my bowl had a spider in it so I couldn’t even eat mine. I can’t eat my bowl, my little brother in law ended up with a bowl he didn’t order and my husband seemed to be the only one with a correct and pest-free bowl.

First time in along time and not impressed. Ordered a barbacoa bowl rice and beans were tasty but meat was not shredded and had big chunks of fat. The chips were hit and miss between stale and too salty. Service was great though music a bit loud

This is the worst Chipotle on the planet, I've been giving them chance after chance, their food is insanely bland and they don't know how to cut fat off the steak, bunch of teenagers work here and they are clueless. The Chipotle in Vallejo is absolutely amazing, I went there last week and I couldn't believe how good the food was, it's exactly how I remember Chipotle. I don't know if this Chipotle is independently owned or what the deal is but enough is enough, I'll never come here again. Huge waste of money, heck Taco Bell tastes better then this disgusting Chipotle.

Super disappointed. Got home with my pick up order, via app. Missing my chips from my 'chips and guacamole' SUPER disappointed. Tried calling store and no luck to getting a hold of someone to reimburse me back.... Make it right

Toilet seat covers are not supplied in their restrooms. I've complained twice. Two years ago the response was "I can't buy them because there isn't a vendor in the computer".

This location has been hit and miss for me. Sometimes I've had to wait for the cashier to hand me an online order, sometimes the food wasn't ready when it was scheduled to be, sometimes the portion was smaller, and sometimes the tabletops have been dirty even when there were no customers inside. However, I've ordered about twice in the last month and they seem to be more consistent now - picked up online orders from the shelf and food portions have been on par with other Chipotle locations.
