My partner and I came near 7:15 PM on September 15 to redeem my birthday reward. The worker who took our order was professional and made sure that our order was correct. However, the quality of service drastically dropped when we pulled up to the window.
We were greeted by a woman with blonde hair who refused to speak with us. My partner and I kindly tried to get her attention by repeatedly asking, “Excuse me,” hoping to double-check our order because she had mentioned the wrong drink. So when we tried to clarify, my partner waved his hand to get her attention when another worker on the line looked at us. Clearly, they could hear and see us.
When the blonde woman handed us our drinks, we were stunned after being ignored for a few minutes. The window was wide open as we were waiting for our drinks. Overall a disappointing and belittling experience, and she should be reprimanded for her awful display of service.

Beyond the convenience, the staff here are fantastic. Super friendly and energetic l, they made my coffee stop a real highlight l. Even for a non-coffee drinker like me, Dutch Bros offers a great experience!

This location is always amazing, as all others , but this is a special shout out to the sweet barista that suggested to do a Cold brew golden eagle instead of regular bc I asked for less cream. About an hour ago in the drive thru. This drink is everything I ever wanted. YOU ARE THE BEST ?? thank youuu!!

I was treated very poorly by an employee yesterday, who's seen me almost every morning since this location was opened. It makes me feel very sad as I really enjoyed this dutch bros but now due to my anxiety and the treatment I received yesterday I feel unsafe and unwelcome. I have been an every day customer since 2016 and even my dog loves Dutch but this has really made me not want to go anymore. Im honestly still baffled by the way this lady ,who calls me "hun" every other day I come and leave the max tip, treated me. I will be reaching out to corporate on my day off
