Driving through Sac and had to stop and get a coffee. We got the Annihilator. One regular and one Protein Milk stuck with zero sugar.
This drive through was fast, efficient, and friendly. The detour off the freeway did not take long and we appreciated that!
Love visiting all the locations. And we will be back!

Love this location. But I wish they open sooner lol working at the ports in west sac and the only coffee shop that open is Starbucks in west sac and it’s always packed.

LISTEN!!!! THIS LOCATION IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE AND I HAVE BEEN TO MANY LOCATIONS!!!! I hate to say that I have a rebel addiction ok! So I have been to many locations to surpress my cravings 😩 I LOVE this location. HANDS DOWN THE BEST!! Let’s talk about how welcoming and friendly the workers are! I love every single person I have come in contact with. Everyone makes me feel welcomed and make it a point to remember orders and get to know me as an individual not just a customer. The atmosphere and music 10/10 and the drinks are ALWAYS perfect!!! I frequent a blended rebel extra think and this is the ONLY LOCATION that makes my drink extra thick without it tasting like I spent money I wasn’t supposed to be spending on a cup of blended ice! (All other locations my drinks taste like ice) AND!!!!!! THEY ARE FAST!!! They get me in and out with a prefect drink every time. I want to work at this location because I love it so much. 10/10 recommend

I love coming here. I do feel the quality of the drinks has gone down. I ordered the rebel with mochi buuuut they forgot the mochi (go figure). Also, when the lavender drink came out this year, it did not taste good at all. It tasted like a plain 'ol coffee drink (maybe the lavender wasn't added...idk)other than that, the people and atmosphere are great! It's like you want to go back and tell them you are not happy with the drink, but by the time you leave the line, who wants to wait again, especially if you're needing to go do other things or have to get to work.

The broistas are always super friendly and willing to answer even the silliest questions like whether or not you can just get boba without a drink (courtesy of my 7-year-old lol).

I went this morning and was blessed with a free coffee (a few cars ahead of me paid for the whole line of us, how sweet!) I'm new to driving a truck so I pulled in a little tight to the window, where my mirror could have clipped their built in tip box on the way out, but the friendly worker at the window helped encourage me to wiggle out of there in a quick and not-too-embarrassing manner. The coffee was delicious, I got a medium iced Golden Eagle. I thought it looked a bit light, but the flavor was definitely there and you get your caffeine cravings satisfied. Thanks guys! I'll be back.
The young man who helped me was awesome. I believe he was the manager Christian. My app had malfunction and he made sure I was taken care of. Thanks for helping keep me energized!

I have never come to dutch bros. So this was my first experience ordering. Now I've had a drink from here before but my co-worker surprised me with it 1 morning because she knows I like lemonade. So, I didn't know how to order at first but I figured it out. They were super fast. The employees were so wonderful. Oh my word they are great. I wish the 1 young lady didn't have to be outside to take orders that sucks to me, I pray that they are paying her well.

15 minutes at the walk up counter for a black coffee... I get it, the drive thru is busy but when cars are coming and going faster than the people who decided to walk or ride their bike to the store is a joke. Upon asking twice, I was told yes sir we're working on it. It's a black coffee!? Huh? Have a dedicated person for walk ups. I refuse to return to this location as plenty of other Dutch Bros have their house in order. Coffee is good none the less but management needs a head shake
