Very solid place. Good fries, really good milkshakes and outstanding burgers. Love the place but prices are a bit high. Was about $25 a person. The manager was giving out free fountain drinks and because of her kindness I will definitely be coming back.

Food is good and what you expect but the atmosphere and environment is way too loud and noisy. The employee is yelling and screaming in the back and it’s making it hard to hear the cashier trying to take your order not to mention. It’s just a chaotic in unpleasant environment.

I first had them in Saudia Arabia (halal) and fell in love with the fresh juicy burgers. Now in the US I come here for their fries. I really wish they had a halal restaurant.

Every time I work in West Sac I order 5 guys. Normally the food is stellar and the service is decent. Ended up with a bag of salt with fries on the side. My burger wrapper was crusted in salt and the fries were inedible. I called and explained as was told to call or just come in for a remake. I called today a little over a week later thinking they would honor it since I have my receipt and all that but NOPE! They have to get permission from the manager again since its been a week. I explained that I dont work in WS often and that's why I didnt come sooner. Didn't matter.... Why not write down my name? Why not try and help the customer?

Delicious burgers close to the same price as the others at this point. Can't beat their current little burger combo for 12.99! Staff is friendly and quick at this location.

They seemed polite when I walked in and they greeted me, but then the girl who took my order seemed annoyed and didn't say thank you after I paid (not a big deal). The fries were the consistency of boiled potatoes, in fact you could bend them without breaking, I tossed them. The hotdog was good. The dining tables and chairs were sticky, there was no one else in the restaurant so there should have been time to wipe the tables.

It's great food. Music was so loud it felt like I was at a club. We stayed but with that environment there are some people who will leave. Older persons and anyone who gets headaches easily. I would recommend turning down the music.
Food was HOT, fresh, and very tasty, but why is it almost 50$ for 2 burgers, fries and a hot dog???

I came in with my family and it’s like there was a concert going on. The music was too loud. The woman at the cash register could barely hear us so I had almost shout. And my family could barely talk to each other. Combined with the fact that it is twice as expensive as In N Out, this will be my last visit.
