Just made a stop here as usual and had 1 medium bowl and 2 large bowls, the owner greeted us as we walked in while helping a customer, he was very professional and treated us very well. I won’t go to any other Poki bowl place and I come all the way from Elk Grove just for the best service and best poki bowl. I recommend the place all the time, I’ve been coming here for 4 years now and have always been pleased.

tried it out for the first time a few days ago and i was blown away from the flavor and how full just a regular size made me i loved it so much! Much better than the place in the town center. Such nice workers as well 10/10 customer service. Will definitely be coming back here soon!

Atrocious service from woman serving lunch, portions were less than expected, disrespectful attitude, won't eat there again. Try the Indian place instead.
The food is quite good, and the prices are reasonable. However, the service varies significantly depending on who prepares your bowl. Most employees are generous with their scoops, but there's one employee who is very stingy with portion sizes. I've noticed that people in line before and after me receive ample servings, but I always get less than the standard amount. When I politely inquired about it once, she responded loudly, causing a scene. I've heard similar complaints from others, and I won't be returning.
