Hello everyone, I came to eat at a Hawaiian restaurant on the recommendation of a friend, everything looks great in the photo, they cook quickly, but when I tried it, I was angry, the meat was raw, only the chicken was well cooked.. I do not recommend the restaurant..

I am confused by all the good reviews. The food was expensive for no reason. A Loco moco was advertised as including macaroni salad (macaroni, mayo and onions) and veggies for $13. We got a thin burger patty, 2 eggs, and half more than half the box was rice. No veggies included. And dont get me started on the 'gravy' slush. I ordered Hawaiian BBQ chicken, got dry chicken with a hard outside and the "veggies" were a couple pieces of cabbage. Total for these 2 things alone was $28. Both of these went to the trash, mostly full as we both got a stomach ache. It took me a while to order as the lady kept saying she couldn't understand me to answer my questions about the food. I am a native English speaker. We ordered for dine in, but was given Styrofoam boxes, bagged up.

Finally found sushi in West Sac that tastes good. Sushi rolls are great. BBQ is okay.

Worst Hawaiian bbq I have ever had, sushi was terrible wouldn’t recommend wasting your money eating here I threw the food in the garbage

Classic hawaiian barbecue with an interesting sushi roll option. The sushi rolls go for mostly about 10 bucks. But I find the quality is better at the good sushi place around the corner. But they are always a good mainstay for the barbecue chicken or the katsu chicken.

Very good food and service. Everyone is nice and the atmosphere is good with music playing in the background. The bathrooms are usually clean and the soda collection is also good. Definitely recommend.

The food is consistently good. The meat is tender and flavorful. The BBQ Beef is my absolute favorite. I like that the cabbage isn't raw because it's saturated from the meat [oil/sauce] on top, or maybe it's sautéed 🤷🏿‍♀️ The wait time is fairly short. They will accommodate you if you want to swap out certain items. I come here for either lunch or dinner, and it's never too busy.

The meals are always fresh, the staff is helpful and Hula has never disappointed.

This is our go to spot for Hawaiian BBQ. Great service and tasty food! We like getting their family meal. It's lots of food for a great price. We definitely don't mind the leftovers for next day lunch. Don't forget to bring your 15% off coupon from the West Sac town calendar. ?

This is my first time trying Hawaiian barbecue. It was amazingly good strongly refer anybody that wants something super good to munch, then this is what you want. Make sure your hungry because the portions are generous!
