Classic hawaiian barbecue with an interesting sushi roll option. The sushi rolls go for mostly about 10 bucks. But I find the quality is better at the good sushi place around the corner. But they are always a good mainstay for the barbecue chicken or the katsu chicken.
Very good food and service. Everyone is nice and the atmosphere is good with music playing in the background. The bathrooms are usually clean and the soda collection is also good. Definitely recommend.
The food is consistently good. The meat is tender and flavorful. The BBQ Beef is my absolute favorite. I like that the cabbage isn't raw because it's saturated from the meat [oil/sauce] on top, or maybe it's sautéed 🤷🏿♀️ The wait time is fairly short. They will accommodate you if you want to swap out certain items. I come here for either lunch or dinner, and it's never too busy.
