Food was okay, the server should really get trained in customer service she wasn't welcoming at all, never asked how the food was or if we needed refills and not 1 "thank you" came out of her mouth during my whole visit and all of that combined contributed to a small tip (I'm usually a very gracious tipper but left this girl half of what I would normally tip). I'm a server myself so I know when I see a good server and she definitely wasn't that I won't be returning to this location

We’ve been coming to this ihop for some time now , today was exceptionally different because on one of the hottest days of the year, their ac stopped working and all staff members were still here, fans on, fans around their necks, working amazingly and still providing the best customer service.
Dirty floors, seats on booth has spring damage. Long wait time on food when not much customers ordering, food quality is not great.

Pretty average location with good service. A little pricey for breakfast foods though. I ordered a steak omelet with no cheese and a black coffee and my total, after taxes, was just under 25 dollars. Like I said though, good service.
