I go into this little Caesars in West Sacramento today for some crazy bead and not only did the drastically increase the price of $5.90 they tried to give me a stale bag the marinara cup they gave me was obviously used already. Lost this customer.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars for service I would double it. A young man named Amaad who works here is an absolute delight, super helpful and one of the friendliest people I've ever interacted with in my 21 years of life.
A young man named Amod helped us with our order. He was really helpful and so fast at taking orders and answering questions. This guy was on top of think. Great to see young employees that care. He said the wings are good and crispy, I'll be trying them next

Ordered a pizza over the phone on today (Christmas Eve) hours varied but had no way to tell. Wasn't mentioned over the phone while ordering. My wife got to the store at 6PM which is apparently when they closed and they had already closed out the registers so they refused to let my wife pick up the pizza that was already made. Tried to call them myself and whoever was on the phone listened until I asked why my wife couldn't pick up the pizza and he just hung up on me. Called back again and the same guy just speed babbled his way through we're closed call back during normal hours and hung up. Called again and they wouldn't answer. Absolutely stupid.

Customer service sucks. The pizza was cardboard with ketchup and minimal amount of cheese. I came for a hot n ready cheese pizza and crazy bread for my grandkids, basic. Neither were hot or ready. They wouldn't take cash $50 for my order. The cashier kept having to go to the back and ask questions and came back more tweeky than before. The other guy seemed to have the same nervous twitchyness. I waited 20 min and got my order. The bread was chewy and the pizza was no better than a frozen dollar store pizza. I won't be back and don't recommend it to anyone.
Never had a problem at this location! Even when it's busy and you can see they're super stressed, they are extremely kind and helpful which I really appreciate! ? Never forgotten an item and always more than happy to help! Also, sometime their music they play in the back is boppin', I be groovin while waiting for my food! ??

Tell your delivery guy, the white one driving the silver truck, to slow down. Coming into the parking lot he was speeding. Sitting here waiting for my pizza and his tires are squealing as he peels out the parking lot. Your customers and employees safety is important. He needs to slow down and drive better.

The service was okay but the double cut didn't really cut. Everything in my order was over cooked to the point I could barely bite it. A bottom of one of the pizzas was actually burnt. Really disappointed in the results today, especially with how much I paid. Tonight, the food was not worth the price.
