The only reason I come here is for the iced coffee and management. I had an issue with my iced coffee being to sweet and the manager remade it with no problem! She is very professional and friendly and so is her assistant. I will continue on being a loyal customer because of the managers customer service! 💯🔥

Today is my last day visiting Sacramento. I have placed an to go order for party of 8 to pick up at the drive through window, the staff was friendly to answer my additional request at the pick up but then I just found the missing order after I got back to my place and found some stuff are missing from 1 of my 2 duplicate orders and I am so upset about it but I can’t head back to get the difference since I have leaved the restaurant. For god’s sake please check your order bags before you leave the restaurant. You never know what’s missing 🙇🏻

Manger during 4:06pm skinny female with glasses completely ignored me even though I was there first to tend to her family first I had my order already placed ....I get it family come first but I was waiting for a long time for a ice cream cone and a shake and her family was getting her big oder done before mine witch it was only two items compared to theirs
