The price of nugget use to be 7.50 per 20pc well not no more now your looking at 15. That's robbery for any nuggets, but especially when 9 out of 10 times there over cooked, dry, coldish... taste old... with quality of food & cost im over& done with mc Donald's. & prices on the board that day wetter the old prices not the ridiculous new price..& they wouldn't honor what we saw.. 2 20 pc 1 quarter lb 2 REG. sodas & SM fry was almost 50 bucks NO NO NO! 1000% ROBBERY & SERVICE IS SLOW

The girl on the drive-through is incompetent. I had to repeat my order to her because she wasn’t listening. Then when I get to the window, my total was 12.86 and I handed her 22.86 and I told her my change is $10 and she handed me back eight dollars and I had to tell her my change is $10 even though I told her in the first place While I was handing it to her she is extremely incompetent and doesn’t listen and doesn’t know how to punch in the money and give back change and she doesn’t know how to listen to people’s orders. I requested extra catchup on my cheeseburgers, and my cheeseburgers were dry. Finally, when I got to the window, they asked me if I had two coffees and I told them no I had two cheeseburgers and a fry so they didn’t even know who I was when I got to the window.

First I want to say the staff are All rude! I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but disappoints every time. I tried using my app but the guy said my item was already used and couldn't use it again. Again? I never used it. I don't think he knew what he was doing. Then I was told to pull up and wait for my food. The drive thru wasn't even busy. My food was gross!!! The fries looked like they had been sitting in the heater and my nuggets did not taste fresh. LOL. That's what I waited for?! Waste of food, time, and money. McDonald's is the only fast food restaurant that will not care if you're dissatisfied. Terrible.

The people who work there can’t listen can’t fall directions told them multiple times that my order was wrong and they still messed it up at the end. Everything was dry overcooked very salty.
The only reason I come here is for the iced coffee and management. I had an issue with my iced coffee being to sweet and the manager remade it with no problem! She is very professional and friendly and so is her assistant. I will continue on being a loyal customer because of the managers customer service! 💯🔥

Today is my last day visiting Sacramento. I have placed an to go order for party of 8 to pick up at the drive through window, the staff was friendly to answer my additional request at the pick up but then I just found the missing order after I got back to my place and found some stuff are missing from 1 of my 2 duplicate orders and I am so upset about it but I can’t head back to get the difference since I have leaved the restaurant. For god’s sake please check your order bags before you leave the restaurant. You never know what’s missing 🙇🏻
