The worst service of any McDonald's I've ever been to in my life and I'm 46 years old. Slow unfriendly staff I waited over 15 min for my order took 7 minites just to pay. And on top of that they got my two sandwich order wrong. Unbelievable

Ever since McDonald’s switched to those self-serve kiosks, the customer service has noticeably dropped. I walked up to the counter to place my order, and the staff acted like they didn’t even want to help me. It’s like they expect everyone to just use the machine, and if you prefer to talk to a human, it’s almost an inconvenience to them.
What makes it worse is that here in California, they’re asking for $25 to $30 an hour — but don’t seem to want to work for it. Last week, my order was wrong. This time, it was correct, but the attitude I got at the counter was just as disappointing.
If you’re going to ask for top-dollar pay, the service should reflect that. Unfortunately, it doesn’t.

They have yet to refund me on a frappe that I ordered on Thanksgiving not knowing the place was not opened I've gotten 3 responses even by manager but no refund and until I get my caramel frappe that I ordered I'm not going back to McDonald's ever again
