This is a fast food restaurant mixed with a gas station kiosk. The restrooms are only for customers to use. It is not very friendly. If you don’t have to, you’d better go elsewhere.

The person that took the order wasn't friendly and when I got to the window his facial expression was like he was forced to work and didn't want to be there. Then the window where I picked up my order at was a lady and she to was not friendly and acted like I was bothering her when I ask for some ketchup, a BBQ and a sweet sour sauce. I said thank you and she just closed the window on me didn't even respond to me.My family usually goes to in and out Burge place. Why can't Mc D workers be nice and respectful towards the people when they order food there? This is not my first bad experience at this location, I didn't do a review before and thought I give it another try and see. We'll it's the same attitude from workers. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE AND MY FAMILY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE TO SPEND MORE MONEY AND PAY THEIR PAYCHECKS.

Spent 5 minutes at the counter, staring at the menu like it held the secrets of the universe. Manager suggests the kiosk, I respond with a firm "No, thanks, I prefer my burgers with a side of human interaction." Manager walks away, so I decided Burger King gets my royal treatment instead.

Quick in and out. No waiting in line when I was there. Made to order.
The people are always rude and never get the order right. They also harass their customers for picking up Mobil order in store after selecting drive through saying you have to leave back out of yhe store to go through drive through and then don't even have the food ready after putting in the order a half hour previous to arriving.

Manager Silvia ( red short hair Hispanic ) is very disrespectful and has poor etiquette. Bad customer service, as a customer I was wrongly charged and was trying to figure out what happened as I ordered an extra side of fries . I was never asked if my order was right , the screen didn’t show my order . Silvia was literally arguing it was my fault for not paying attention. She’s very rude and doesn’t know how to work with the customer service department.

Super slow service and food was the worse of any McDonald's I've tried. Very disappointing as they are a relatively new establishment. Over 8 workers in the restaurant with no customers inside and only two cars in drive thru and I still couldn't get help with my mobile order for 10 mins.
This is McDonald's is what it is. Can be very slow at times. I think they've gotten better.
