Something is off. No management oversight of product out the door. Seems the like teens were in charge and rushing everything. Fries soggy with oil ……. Chicken nuggets thick and not crispy and filled with oil——- filet o fish — not cooked enough.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location on Lake Washington Blvd in West Sacramento. I placed a mobile order that included a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal and a Spicy Chicken Wrap. Unfortunately, the burger turned out to be a regular Quarter Pounder, and the chicken in the wrap was undercooked. Chicken was just raw and stale!!

I contacted McDonald’s corporate and received a call from a manager. She offered to remake the order. I appreciated the follow-up and visited the location as instructed. However, the remake was just as disappointing. The burger was tasteless, and overall the quality was very poor. It felt like the issue was never truly addressed.

I rarely leave reviews, but this was unacceptable, especially for a $40 order. I hope management takes food safety and customer satisfaction more seriously.

This has to be one of if not the slowest fast food joint I've ever been to. And it's consistent about that which is the big issue. I don't know if the issue is because they don't park cars whose orders won't be ready for some time or if they're perpetually unprepared or what the specific problem/s is/are. Either way, even simple orders like a large fry and a large drink often take 10 mins or more whether you go in or use the drive thru. And that time projection is not including a dinner/lunch rush

Updated from a 1 star to a 3 star. They gave me a free mcafe, had my food out in a reasonable time, and they had a (manager?) coaching their employees. Hopefully this improves service in the long run.

I am very disappointed in my first experience at this McDonalds location. The booths are very uncomfortable and hard and my butt felt very stiff while sitting on it. The TV was constantly glitching and was distracting as a form of entertainment. The workers were not wearing gloves while prepping the food which in my opinion is very unsanitary. I think the worst part of my McDonalds journey was when I went up to grab my ice cream and they only had forks. NO SPOONS? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What a joke. I will not be returning to this location. I am giving 2 stars because at least the ice cream machine wasn’t broken. XO

I like this place. It was enough quite. I found here no limit refilling for drink that I haven't met yet in McDonalds. Double hamburgers and fries were quite tasty. Additionally, we got as many sauces as we wanted.

I’ve come to this spot often for a chocolate milkshake. But now they’re not even chocolate milkshakes, they’re…swirled? I hateeee plain vanilla milkshakes (especially being 6 months pregnant, I’m particular), which is why I got chocolate. This has happened 4 times now. What is hard about making a chocolate milkshake?! I got the easiest thing on the menu besides a dang coke! 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️

Finally, I went up to the gal at the second drive thru window and I said, “oh do you guys, like, swirl the shakes now? It’s not full blown chocolate?” She was confused, so I showed her the shake, and she said, “that’s a chocolate shake.” Like girl please, this is clearly half chocolate. She was clearly annoyed with me for asking, didn’t bother to fix the issue, didn’t asked if I wanted it remade, and had attitude when I drove off. This was at around 1 PM today.

My husband was with me, and he used to work at McDonalds 10 years ago. He said they’re just being lazy. He said he’d go back in, but I said forget it, never coming here again. I’m done spending money here. They make $20 a hour for this kind of service and can’t even make a milkshake? My money ain’t going here no more. Drain the swamp!!!

They’re overcharging customers, over paying employees, all to make half-assed orders then give you attitude, or forget things completely.

We came here so many times before the shake incidents too, and they either gave us the wrong order, or forget something. My husband had to go back in threes times in one day because it was so wrong.

It looks like a nice McDonald’s on the outside, but don’t let that fool you…go to Taco Bell next door. They’re faster, nicer, and never mess up my order.

It was just really busy and unorganized inside the lobby. Pick-ups and in store customers were waiting a while. We rarely go to mcdonalds, and this was a reminder why. Its mcdonalds though, so you cant really complain.

This location is very mean people the worker were mean and rude and not clean all over they don't clean also being rude to my kids the bathroom not even clean this the worst mcdonald in the world and one of the worker so mean to my kids and me I would recommend people not to go there also so rude and mean no one should go here if you listen to me food 0 service 0 atmosphere 0 overall 0 I hate this mcdonald.
