This location is horrible. Super long wait times and untrained employees

Very cold fries they gave me today there was flys in the building I got sick after eating the fries I really need a New thing of fries

Waiting for over 30 minutes for a happy meal and one combo. Then I saw what it looked like my order on the counter and I asked one of the lady workers and she said no it is for curbside pick up and I was dying in. 5+ minutes later I asked a male worker and lo and behold. It was my order. He was nice enough to give me fresh fries. But I am still extremely disappointed. This was Supposed to be a treat for my daughter and it turned out to be a nightmare!
I understand being busy, but I don’t understand when I specifically see my order and ask if it’s mine and the employee brushes me off.

Only in person visit made us wait about 10 min at a table bagged up everything to go. No lemon for iced tea and no Big Mac bundles as advertised on their board. Poor service almost non existent customer service.

they still forget to put ketchup packets on the direction

This location is slow and consistently wrong on mobile and door dash orders. Even going through the drive-through can result in them giving a wrong order. If you're looking to get something quick, avoid this location.... I can not stress enough how consistently this location gives wrong items for order. It is not just my experience but many others locally as well.

The manager speaking Spanish about me in order not get my order through kiosk i don’t know any Spanish and kept talking then laughing about it while i waited then the guy walked to me saying go to kiosk they think it’s their burritos food truck
They don’t do their job especially the lady on her phone i think is the Manager I lived here 14 years not seen this kind of service worst disrespectful manager
