Mountain Mike's Pizza

We came to this place for the first time and there was a homeless guy was inside and it seemed like was a commotion going on. My family and I were with some friends so we didn’t leave right away. We stood by the entrance and observed the activity happening. One of the customers or the owner gave the homeless guy a few pieces of pizza and walked him out. The there were some customers inside already and looked very annoyed. Afterwords when the homeless guy was escorted out, we placed our pizza order. The customer service was good and our pizza tasted good.

I called to see if they could handle our party of 25 for the lunch buffet. I was a last minute work lunch and we did not have a lot of time to wait for them to make pizzas and stock the salad bar for that many people just after opening. They said they would be ready and when we arrived 15 minutes later they were. Our group did not have to wait on pizza and the salad bar was fresh and well stocked. Thanks for the great service!

And speaking of the salad, you absolutely cannot miss their homemade ranch dressing. It is, without a doubt, the best ranch dressing I have ever tasted – far superior to any store-bought brand. It's so creamy, flavorful, and truly addictive!

However, the outstanding food is only half the story. The customer service here is equally exceptional, largely due to employees like Pardeep. Pardeep is consistently friendly, incredibly helpful, and always goes above and beyond to ensure every customer feels welcome and well-cared for. His cheerful demeanor truly enhances the dining experience.

We had a party of 20 here celebrating a birthday, and Mountain Mike’s did not disappoint! The pizza was great, the salad bar was super fresh, and everything came out hot and delicious. I've always enjoyed my food there the pizza is fabulous and the staff is great

They never answered the phone after putting me on hold. Go to roundtable or somewhere else.

Specifically came for my godson to eat and PLAY GAMES for his birthday, only to get scammed and not get my money back from the game. Bad experience.

My nephew went to play a game and the game took his money and they refused to refund his money. Terrible service.

These people are scammers. Do not come here. They do not care about customer service. Very rude

Why'd they really increase the price of 20oz sodas from 2.79 last week to 3.99 now? I'll tell you why, it's so they don't have to take a hit on the Sacramento Kings free mini pizza promotion. They're passing the costs of that promotion on to customers. Pretty low y'all.

Venue was not a good place to host a large party. I had a sandwich, which was burnt and only had like 5 pieces of sausage in it. This location isn't up to the standard of other Mountain Mike's in the area.
