I've always enjoyed my food there the pizza is fabulous and the staff is great

They never answered the phone after putting me on hold. Go to roundtable or somewhere else.

Specifically came for my godson to eat and PLAY GAMES for his birthday, only to get scammed and not get my money back from the game. Bad experience.

My nephew went to play a game and the game took his money and they refused to refund his money. Terrible service.

These people are scammers. Do not come here. They do not care about customer service. Very rude

Why'd they really increase the price of 20oz sodas from 2.79 last week to 3.99 now? I'll tell you why, it's so they don't have to take a hit on the Sacramento Kings free mini pizza promotion. They're passing the costs of that promotion on to customers. Pretty low y'all.

Venue was not a good place to host a large party. I had a sandwich, which was burnt and only had like 5 pieces of sausage in it. This location isn't up to the standard of other Mountain Mike's in the area.

I came with my wife for all u can eat and sat here for 2 hours and only got like 6 small slices of pizza because they stopped making more at 1 and they don't stop all u can till 2 or 3 . Ver disappointed with it

Cant seem to get food out on time. Used to order delivery from this place all the time, then about a year ago, delivery started to be 45-60 minutes late. I stopped ordering from this location. Today, our local round table was closed so I took a chance and ordered for pick up in a little over an hour. I got to the place and had to wait 10 minutes past my pick up time. There was another customer inside who had clearly been waiting for his order for a long time and was very upset.

On the plus side, the pizza was fantastic…just hate waiting on food when there was ample time to prepare it and have it ready to go.

Pricey but always good ?
