We only do takeout or delivery here but have never had an issue. This location prides itself on fast service and getting the order correct. Both ring true with each order we place. The pepperoni here is always fresh and crispy. The crust is always delicious and crunchy. Cheese and sauce here can go toe to toe with any pizza in town. Sure Mountain Mike's is a franchise and some might not consider eligible for best Pizza in the area but I do! It's reliable and never disappoints. It's affordable and tasty.

Horrible Staff - Refused to assist with App order to receive the price special. Asked the lady for help and she said she didn't know. Couldn't refer me to anyone that knew how to use the App. Why advertise a special if the staff will not help to place an order??

Located next to Halal Bros, this West Capitol location of Mountain Mike's participates with the Too Good To Go app, where you can "rescue" surplus or unsold food at a discount. Specifically, for $4.99 plus tax, you can rescue a Buffet Bag (in reality, a pizza box) whereby you could get/save "a surprise bag of slices and/or other leftovers from [their] lunch buffet! Surprise may include 6 slices." Reserve and claim within a given window, in person pickup/carryout. Parked in front by the massage place, and was helped at the counter within minutes of arriving. I actually received 7 slices in total! Three were pepperoni (crispy cups), and the other four were three different flavors, but I'm not entirely sure which of their signature pies they were. It is a random gamble, truly a surprise, but they were all tasty. The lunch buffet ends at 2:00 PM and you could pickup between 2:15 and 2:45 PM. Not a bad deal at all!

We had West Sacramento Mountain Mikes deliver pizza to us at SacWest RV Park. Awesome pizza and delivery service! Highly recommend this place to any travelers in the area.
Today was the last day I will ever visit and give my business to this establishment. Had a bad experience that left me with negative view of the way they conduct business. First they would not take a coupon for their establishment that was valid and I was following coupon instructions- manager refused it. Second, bad customer service. Employee I believed to be named Jose- kept on taunting me and getting into a semi argument with me when I asked him what his problem was and is that the way he treats customers. If I could give them 0 STARS - I would. For me this was definitely a deal breaker and I will choose to spend my money elsewhere.

I ordered a couple large pizzas and 2 4-pack mix soda for my team in the office via door dash a coupe of weeks ago. I only received 1 4-pack soda. Door dash driver was blaming the restaurant even though driver confirmed she didn't check the items before leaving the restaurant.I called the restaurant and explain. I believe I heard manager, who was in the background state "tell him I'll bring the sodas right now." I felt he spoke with a little passivity. However, 10 minutes later, he was at my door with an apology.My point is, no one is perfect and we all make mistakes. It's how we respond that speaks to our character. Needless to say, I'll be ordering several pizzas today for my team function. Thank you for keeping your word.

As I walked straight to the front counter at this location, there was one young cashier standing around; he left me waiting for at least 10 minutes before taking my order. In the course of waiting for 25 minutes for the pizza to be ready, I sat down at a table and looked around. I was astounded by the state in which this establishment was in. This was an absolute filthy place. The floor was littered with dirt and food, and the fountain machine was filthy as well.The entire time waiting in this pizza place I seen watched the same cashier wipe down one table slowly, then sit down at barstools along the window on his phone, leaving me at the counter to wait for the pizza and my soda. I find it inexcusable that worker can observe you standing at the front counter without acknowledging you. This Mountain Mikes is the dirtiest pizza joint I have ever seen or I have never experienced poor customer service like this in my life. I will not return to order again unless the place is cleaned up and the cashier is motivated to do their job. Just rude!
