I want to give this place 5 stars so bad. It has nothing to do with the food. The food is delicious. We always get the chicken noodle plate. The 3 stars is because of the service. This place is out in west Sac and I love in north Sacramento so I always do carry out. I always want brown rice (extra $) instead of white, and I add extra broccoli for $1.50. I ordered 2 items and then 3 other customer orders there's and their order came out first. I ordered to go, too, and they still took longer for a sushi roll and plate of teriyaki chicken. Food was good. Maybe need more personnel.
