I am not legally required to disclose my disability, but I had my service dog with me. As soon as I entered the establishment, I was immediately stopped by management and bombarded with questions such as, "Is that a service animal?" and "Where is your paperwork, ID, etc.?" They also made comments about the health of other customers. I was caught off guard and felt pressured, so I mentioned that I would place my order and eat outside. However, I was not allowed to go up to the counter to see what I could order, and instead, they wrote down my order on their hand for me. I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable. I was then instructed to hand over my phone so they could scan it for payment, but they were across the store. I felt very overwhelmed and unsure of how to respond. All I remember is that they identified themselves as the manager, and anxiety quickly took over. This was my first negative experience at this establishment, and it took a lot for me to write this out.

My family and myself went to Panda on Saturday around 8:30 pm they close at 10 well the dining was already locked and closed at 8:30 pm on a Saturday night so we had to go around to the drive through which was ok but I purchased a family meal on Saturday, My family loves the honey walnut shrimp , so I ordered a side and look how they filled all of the rest of the boxes to the tip top and the one side that cost extra money got short changed I just don't think that's Fair I had to pay already for a family meal and then they charged extra for less food? The math isn't mathing! Very sad because we love panda and this was a terrible experience

The one girl double charged me who works on the afternoon shift. She told me the machine did not take my card and then proceeded to ask me for cash. I gave her my cash, come to find out later the card was charged. During another visit, the same girl asked me if I wanted water and I told her No. When I got to the window, she handed me my food and the water. I then again told her that I did not want the water. I wanted my money back. She then says, "hold up!" I am like, um okay. She then comes back to the window and asks me if I want more food to compensate for the water. Like look, if I wanted more food and or water, that is what I would have asked you for. Try listening to your customers since you now get $20/hr. Customer service does entail listening okay. Bad drive through experience TWICE now!

I ordered the angus steak and got mostly veggies. Then asked for more steak to compensate for the veggie to steak ratio, and the lady literally put one more piece of steak to my order. Then there was no to go utensils. The lady acted like I was asking for steak meat from her personal stash or something. This place is trash.
