I want to share my wonderful experience at Panda Express thanks to Teresa. I went through the drive-thru and unfortunately received a defective plate with my food. Teresa went above and beyond to immediately fix the situation with care and professionalism. She turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. Teresa is truly a jewel—an amazing employee who shows what great customer service looks like. Panda Express is lucky to have her!
Went through the drive thru. They were out of the entree I wanted. Only had to wait about 5 minutes for them to cook it up. The drive thru attendant was very nice, as was the person who brought my food out!.
It was my first visit to Panda Express. I was excited to try it as a lot of people were talking positively about the food. For me, I didn't like it so much as the noodles tasted a bit old and variety of food is not so wide. It is so basic, like chinese version of in and out.
