Meclina was a super sweet server and had to deal with an extremely rude customer. I couldn’t believe how poorly the customer was treating her, but she handled every moment with grace. I wish I could have done more for her in that situation because she was so so kind! Shoutout to Meclina for being a class act and handling someone being super rude to her better than I ever could have.

I wanted to try their new item the chili shrimp. I asked for a sample and was turned down. I still ordered a plate ( not the chili shrimp) and the food was just ok. Barely warm. They used to sample before covid but its been a long while since covid. I work in the food business and give EVERYONE a sample the minute they walk in. That is our policy. I have never asked for a sample at Panda and guess I won't again. I understand how some people abuse the sampling but feel Panda is just being cheap. And their business has many more stores than where I work. No excuse, just cheap. Guess I will visit the other fast food places nearby and skip Panda, at least this store. Cheap AND barely warm food. Very sad especially since fast food is not cheap anymore.

Wow amazing! My group that came here had a tike crunch so we were hoping it was quick. It took us about 5 minutes total for 5 of us to get food. It was so fast and they had everything already there for us. The workers were quick and very respectful. Had a great time there and I always have myself some orange chicken and walnut shrimpParking: Easy to park and plenty of spaceKid-friendliness: Some good food for the kidsWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to get around

I agree with the reviews that they have already posted the management is awful that lady has a personality of a rock and she wont do anything to appease a customer whatsoever something as simple as putting a little sweet and sour over my food all of it and and charging but that's too much for this lady this lady j u l is her name she's Indian she needs to look for another job or else your place is going to continuously have the neg reviews employees are extremely unhappy it's written all over their faces and in their attitude.

I go in 3-5 days a week with my coworker and order a bigger plate with no side. I have also ordered this same thing at other locations for years. Today I was told that they can no longer serve a bigger plate with no side. I am not looking for a larger portion of the entrees. In fact, I would like smaller entree portions. I also don't want to be forced to throw away food that I don't want because they forced me to order a side. Dumb policy. I was a regular, satisfied customer but I won't be back.
