They said they still hadn’t made them.Awful. Awful. Do not recommend.UPDATE: store manager called. Very apologetic. Appreciate the phone call.

Food two hours late, wrong order came, spoke to manager regarding issue and he was rude and blamed us saying it was our mistake. They should take pointers and restaurant manners from The Chicago Fire Pizzeria! Now they are a class act!

Food is good but ordering my pizza 1hr before I get there and is not ready ? I wouldn't recommend this place if you really hungry specifically when customer service is slow and not good at all and they still use the phone in front of customers & playing around.

Everyone was extremely nice. I ordered 3 ranches but only charged me for 2. Must of thought I said 2 but when I let them know they gave it to me at no extra cost. Extremely grateful and the nice young woman complimented on my tattoo therefore making me feel welcomed to the restaurant. Definitely

Asian dude taking my order was not only rude to me for absolutely no reason but he did not mention the free soda I was able to get until I asked about it. Once asked about it, he gave me a look of pure irritation. To make matters worse, he was also very rude to the person he was talking to over the phone, even having the audacity to hang up slamming the phone super hard smh. Last time coming here. The experience was very weird to say the least.

The employees there don't take the time to listen to the customers at all while they're giving they're order not to mention they seem like they're off in lala land when your trying to get they're undivided attention while placing an order. It's quiet sad to know that they don't have better examples for a manager.

food is always great, but the service is trash - waiting nearly 25 minutes on hold to place my order on the phone, couldve had a pizza done already at another place. Only reason i stayed on hold that long is because the pasta is THAT good.

Outstanding customer service. I accidentally placed an order twice because my computer froze and they called me to see if that was a mistake. The pizza and salads they delivered were fresh and pizza was hot and mar to order just like I like it. Thanks guys/gala. Keep up the good work!

This was the pieces that were edible.. it was suppose to be the Cheezee breadsticks and only about 2 of the pieces had any type of cheese or garlic on them! I am highly disappointed
