ridiculously slow service
This was a nice little sandwich shop. I purchased a Tuna, sandwich and the hubby got a veggie sandwich, the baby boy got a turkey sandwich with the chicken soup, hubby had the tomato soup which was super good. The young lady who made our sandwich was really nice
Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sandwich, salads or you can request to have an avocado sandwich.
Dietary restrictions: The spot can make you what ever you need. If you have a special diet they can assist you with that.
Parking: It's plenty of park for the free
Kid-friendliness: The facility is kid friendly and has a menu for kids

DO NOT come here if you're limited on time. The speed that these girls operate is unbelievably slow. After waiting 5 minutes at the register to order, the time stamp on my receipt says 12:08pm and nearly 40 minutes later, I am still waiting on my French dip. Nothing special, just meat and cheese with a side of Au Ju sauce. Other customers ahead of me also seem to be very frustrated with the amount of time it is taking the 3 girls to make their orders. I do understand that it is the lunch rush and they're probably a bit busier than any other time of day but I'm about ready to ask for my money back as I do have to return to work.
Side note-A Door Dash driver waited over 40 minutes for the order he was picking up to deliver to finally be ready.
Store Ownership-You may want to look at your current staffing levels, especially during lunch rush and/or re-train your current staff on how to expedite their sandwich making process. I know that I will NOT be a returning customer as this was a very poor experience I had as a first-time customer.

Employees are lazy, rude, every time an Uber eats come in and pick up an order they ALWAYS ask them to fix the drinks for the order. Uber eats is NOT Responsible for preparing orders PERIOD. The owner responded too me, he don’t know how too read plus he letting everybody know that being rude is ok ? and he also stands by his employees when they are wrong, bottom line is Uber eats don’t prepare food, drinks, they just pick up the order point blank PERIOD.
Excellent service and the sandwich s were very delicious! The lemon cookies were a real treat!

Very clean, friendly staff & fresh sandwiches. We had a pastrami sandwich and a chicken salad sandwich. Very good. Would come back again. Restroom was very clean also.

$18 for a tuna sub with hardly any tuna on it. Never coming back again. Just close it up, you'll never make it.

Sadly under staffed!! The kids working there do their best without any real leadership or support. Not being able to prepare the food in a timely manner and rushing to keep up... The food quality suffers. The last three times I've been there (past 6 months) I've seen multiple customers walk out. Owner do what it takes and staff up, clean up and your sales will be up!

Worst customer service and place ever. They hired a bunch of clueless people. I order a sandwich and soup- finish laying before I even get the chance to get a receipt the lady tosses it in the trash- I ask her can I actually get a receipt she looks clueless and goes for the trash with her hands and tries to hand it to me- where she gets her common sense from i dont know.(her name is Alex btw) by the time I get home half the soup I’m in my plastic bag and spilled all over. Sandwiches are super bland soup bowls aren’t even bowls it’s like a cup of soup. Don’t waste your time here - just go to nugget if you want a soup and sandwich.HORRIBLE PLACE
