I love this place it was cheaper this time

I was stuck in the drive-thru for at least least 20 minutes. Due to a truck blocking the way. Once everyone behind me got out I was able to leave. I let the Starbucks employees know the truck was blocking the way. And one I’m sorry, not a thank you, of any sort was given! Needless to say I will not be coming to this Starbucks again. Dutch Bros on the other side of the freeway, and at least they keep an eye on their drive-thru.

Thanks Starbucks for taking away seating. I don’t think I’m coming back here😓 This is not an upgrade. It’s a downgrade.

Friendly and pretty inside. Though, no outlets for anyone wanting to have a cup of coffee while studying.

They made my order quickly and accurately. The staff were friendly. It was cute inside with several places to sit.

Since the remodel, I have noticed there drinks taste awful. I can taste the unfiltered tap water they use in their drinks. 🤢

If I could leave no stars, I would. We ordered 4 drinks and waited about 30 minutes. There was only one order ahead of ours. The employees had zero sense of urgency and actually moved at what seemed like a sloths pace. When I finally got my iced gingerbread oat milk chai it tasted like warm milk. No chai flavor at all. & It was not cold. My boyfriend ordered a black tea and after waiting all that time they said "sorry we are out of that, can I make you something else". Worst Starbucks experience!

Starbucks just renovated this location. During this renovation they took up the entire parking with no consideration of the other small businesses that shared the same parking lot. They lost a lot business of because this giant corporation came and did what they wanted, didn't care about the businesses that shared the same space. I hate these large corporations destroying small businesses. Did they compensate the small businesses that lost money because of their selfishness, taking up the entire parking lot? NO!

Easily the best Starbucks in West Sacramento. I usually will go to a location closer to work in Sacramento but if i'm running late and this location is right by the highway i'll just get something. I don't know who does the hiring but everyone that works here are just friendly nice people. Too bad i can only give 5 stars cause this place rating does not reflect what it really is. I have no idea how it's only 4 stars. I am adding to the review. Everyone here has an awesome way of looking at life and after long day and stopping by here makes the day not as bad. I just picked my drink and when I was ordering before I even said a word they had my order on the screen which is bonkers but made me smile. That means 2 things. Either i come here way too often or the staff here is badass and i'm going to with the latter, the staff is badass. I wish more people who enjoy this place would leave a review cause it helps this place. hands down my favorite place in west sac. This place isn't even the starbucks close to where I live but I stop by after work or before work just cause good people are rare and when you find them then appreciate them. THIS PLACE ROCKS

Ask for a apple cri s p oatmilk machinations, and was terrible, they remade it and it was even worst, and she got a attitude, so don't go to this

This has to be the best Starbucks I've ever had coffee yet Cody is awesome his whole team of Jamaican and they killed the carmal ribben crunch... I will never drink another Starbucks unless it's here u must come here
