Thank you Maddie; Carah, Heather and Makayla!! The ENTIRE morning crew at this Starbucks. My morning isn't right without my Double White Mocha and at this location the crew prepares my coffee with perfection. I travel 20 minutes to arrive at work and pass many Starbucks to come to this location. Why? Because I know my coffee will be perfect. I am greeted with beautiful smiles and positive energy. I appreciate you all and hope you have an amazing day.

As someone who goes to Starbucks almost every day, I really hope they take a look at how tipping is handled. I can’t afford to tip every time — buying coffee daily is already a stretch, and tipping would triple what I’m spending just for a small treat. It’s uncomfortable when the screen gets tilted toward me and the barista stares, waiting to see what I press. That kind of pressure makes me not even want to come back sometimes. On top of that, they got my order wrong today — and honestly, there are days when the coffee just tastes like milk. As a regular customer, it’s frustrating to pay so much for something that’s not made right or doesn’t taste the way it should. I really hope they start focusing more on the experience and quality.

amazing! personally, i love starbucks but the iced lavander latte i got here was wayyy too sweet and very foamy. Other than that, this starbucks is amazing:)

I was stuck in the drive-thru for at least least 20 minutes. Due to a truck blocking the way. Once everyone behind me got out I was able to leave. I let the Starbucks employees know the truck was blocking the way. And one I’m sorry, not a thank you, of any sort was given! Needless to say I will not be coming to this Starbucks again. Dutch Bros on the other side of the freeway, and at least they keep an eye on their drive-thru.

Since the remodel, I have noticed there drinks taste awful. I can taste the unfiltered tap water they use in their drinks. 🤢

If I could leave no stars, I would. We ordered 4 drinks and waited about 30 minutes. There was only one order ahead of ours. The employees had zero sense of urgency and actually moved at what seemed like a sloths pace. When I finally got my iced gingerbread oat milk chai it tasted like warm milk. No chai flavor at all. & It was not cold. My boyfriend ordered a black tea and after waiting all that time they said "sorry we are out of that, can I make you something else". Worst Starbucks experience!
