Went into the location on Jefferson Blvd West Sacramento and sadly received the worst service I have ever experienced. Went inside the location to place an order with 3 female staff behind the counter. None of them greeted me. I walked to the cashier to place order and as I stood there no one came to take my order just walked past me several times not even making contact. After waiting and not being acknowledged I ended up leaving without an order.

I love the new look. Definitely more space for customers. I ordered my drink on the app and decided to wait inside to enjoy the atmosphere. I received my order within a minute. Thank you ladies!! A+!!

Great place. On the corner, outside seating. Staff is always friendly and nice. The only complain I have is that sometimes the trash cans outside are full and overflowing. I understand if it's the responsibility of the plaza management to take care of it but they can easily have one of their staff take care of it.

Good afternoon. Today I ordered a Hot Caramel Mociato again... and again I received an iced coffee. It's cold and raining outside, I want to warm up. It was actually at 3 different Starbucks. The people who take the order simply do not listen to the client. I specifically say HOT! Useless. Then, they once again apologize for the mistake, make new hot coffee, with an expression on their faces that I am to blame for this. Very unpleasant. It is sad.
