The store says open at 5 AM on Christmas Day clearly it says Christmas hours 5 AM so I took my break from work at 5 AM so that I could get my coffee and make it the rest of my shift on graveyard and there are people inside the store I sat at theThe store says open at 5 AM on Christmas Day clearly it says Christmas hours 5 AM so I took my break from work at 5 AM so that I could get my coffee and make it the rest of my shift on graveyard and there are people inside the store I sat at the Drive through Waiting to be helped and no one said anything to me I drove around looked inside saw them in there looked at the app again and said clearly opens at 5 AM on Christmas Day so I drove around again ignored again so I called it took a long time for them to answer so I called back again they finally answered and when I asked when they're open they said 6 AM I said well it says online clearly that you're open at 5 AM on Christmas Day she said well I'm sorry but we don't open till 6 This ruined my whole morning misinformation is not OK people rel Rely on accurate information

This Starbucks is great, we used to go to a different store, but when they remodeled it they took away 7 tables and there are no outlets anymore, that store has room for 6 people at 3 tables only.

The sweet blonde lady that works inside cash register is one of the nicest women you can interact with. She makes the visit worth it. The customer service from her is absolutely amazing. Every Starbucks should hope to have someone like her on the team.

There were at least 3 baristas working in an empty store. But 2 of the 3 were too busy talking about a personal matter that it took over 10 minutes to receive one drink because only 1 barista was actually doing their job.

Whoever is making Frappuccinos on 9/12 around 9:30-9:45 makes the worst Frapps I have ever had.

Ordered an iced tea lemonade. Waited 10 minutes and even after barista asked me what I was waiting for, waited a couple more minutes while she made a latte for someone. While others were standing around. We had to leave so never got the iced tea lemonade. Very irritating and frustrating experience as the iced tea and lemonade were premade and all she had to do was pour it into a cup.

I was foe about 20 min pay almost 15 dollars and just got my bread and not coffe I ask the worker how long for my order they responded I have to many order but people were coming and getting there order fast These starbucks has a bad service never coming back
