I was foe about 20 min pay almost 15 dollars and just got my bread and not coffe I ask the worker how long for my order they responded I have to many order but people were coming and getting there order fast

The store is actually not open and only for drive through even though it says it’s open in the app. It feels like the employee just don’t want to open the store that you’re in because it’s early in the morning 6:30 AM. So if you plan to use the restroom, you can forget about it. And the people is so rude you call them and they hang you up before you finish.

And the drive-through takes like 15 minutes in line to wait through.

Only the drive thru open? What is this? They just closed the doors and say “the drive thru is open”. We had to wait in line in our car and smell car fumes for 15 min just to get a coffee.

The baristas Don't know how to make a flat white. Had it made twice but was still watery. I didn't bother asking for a third time. Avoid this place next time.

I placed my order using the app and picked up in the drive thru. The woman gave me my drink and my pastry with napkins. As I drove away there was a hair on my pastry bag and napkins. I've had several issues with this location about my orders. I stay away and order else where but I always come back hoping it would be just as good when I started coming here. I was wrong. I wanted to call and say something about the hair but nothing will happen. They will just give me a fake "I'm sorry" and move on. Check your items before you drive away!! Lesson learned.

I did not tip for a coffee order and juice . The cashier made the sign language to barista and i was made to wait 5 minutes for plain black coffee. These teenagers working are very entitled
