I've been here multiple times over several years and the food is ok for bar food, the ambience is a cool vibe, the service is hit and miss, but mostly miss. Employees are great, but not at their job

The atmosphere is great and the bartenders were easy to work with. The reason why the service got two stars is because our friends tuna sandwich took two hours to get to them. For a meal that does not need to be cooked that seems a little bit much. Our food came out in about an hour and a half…

The bar angles in from the main table area, which makes it uncomfortable. The TVs are poorly placed. The bathrooms do not have paper towels, just a blower. Nice location, but it definitely needs a makeover.

Win-win here! Great food and service. We've been here now several times and really enjoyed the clam chowder and fish, shrimp, and chips.

Extremely slow service. Rude employees that will ignore you when you tell them you are there to pick up your order. Take your $ somewhere else where you will be acknowledged and appreciated.

Love this place! Best fish n chips in Sacramento. Great drinks, AMAZING staff. Pick a seat, relax and enjoy. Not a hurried atmosphere at all. Discussions and friends happen here. Put your phone away and enjoy. Also of note: the Xango cheesecake, the cottage pie and the BURGERS! Don't miss this place, it's a total destination.

This is a great spot for fish & chip Friday's, one of my go to places. Great staff that serves with a smile. Give them a try.Parking: Get there a little before, it will get busy.Wheelchair accessibility: Very acceptable, just a kind person to hold the door

Fun place, doing it's best to make up the feel of a real English pub. Lots of variety of beers and other things to drink. The food is pub food kind of what you'd expect. Not bad at all. They have lots of good seeding outside and the place inside can be fun. There's a pool table, dart boards, etc.

I have been hearing about this place for quite some time. We were looking for. A place with grilled cheeses that pass the 8cyear old test. This place did just that. They have a great grilled cheese for kids. My son ordered a pizza and it was as big as a normal medium pizza elsewhere and next time would consider just splitting it with someone. I had the fish and chips and let me tell you it was the best one I have ever had. The piece of fish was think and juicy and about as big as half the plate. Tartar sauce was great too and even ordered some extra. Husband had the cottage pie and enjoyed it a lot. Will be coming back. Only reason I took the one star away was the cleanliness. It was only 11am and the place was newly open but the tables were sticky and there was some gunk on some of the older walls. Needs to be maintained a tad better.
