This place needs to retrain their employees. The vegetables age frozen and rotting, and they need to throw that out when it goes bad. I ate a cold egg sandwich the other day and I avoided half of the veggies because they were spoiled.

Ordered two items , and not drinks because we had our own bottle waters, but it’s a hot day and needed a little ice. At first I thought the ice machine was not working, and didn’t think anything about it and proceeded to eat our lunch. Then a costumer who had purchased a drink said “it’s working now.” I tried to add ice to my cup, but the lady in charged quickly turned the ice switch off. I asked if I could please have some ice, and she said “No!” “You have to pay $1.00, Ice is not free.” When I was at the register ready to pay I mentioned to her that I will pay for the ice, but I was not coming back, not because of the fact that I had to pay, but because she was rude about it.

Rude Female Employee. Does what she likes instead of asking what the paying customer likes. Management needs to train staff better unless Management IS the problem. May take this further to corporate.

I previously ordered a cold cut trio with meat, olives, pickles, and pepperoncini, and had been a regular customer due to the friendly service, particularly from the Asian lady. However, my last order was not satisfactory, and I politely informed her of the issue, explaining that I was willing to pay more for the meat. I was surprised by her reaction, as she became defensive and rude, stating that she would refuse service to anyone and offering to review the security footage to investigate the matter. She kept repeating and stating she can and will refuse service to anyone. I just informed the young woman who was making the sandwich I was ordering to cancel it. It was really weird because the Asian lady was raising her voice becoming louder with a statement of refusal of service. Shame, just wanted a sandwich with extra meat that I was willing to pay for, somehow she turned it into a hostile customer service. This was a great place to come, the Asian lady was always friendly with service. I won't be back. I don't know how this turned ugly but she managed to make it that way.

first time coming to this location and ladys were rude from the jump. they didnt recieve my order but i ahd places it 20 minutes pior to picking up and were very condescending asking if it was under a different name or location or when i asked for a refund. safe to say wont be back.

When i got in it was pretty chaotic, but the one guy behind the counter, Anthony, brought order to the situation and made sure that every face that left was stuffed with a sandwich, and them sandwiches? Amazing, made to my exact specifications and served with a smile.
I love this spot the workers are always great and the food is delicious.

This is by far one of the best subways in Sacramento especially west sac the service is wonderful the atmosphere is great and just overall those ladies were wonderful considerate and passion people 10/10 service if you're looking to eat a sub from subway in west sac go to this one they truly care about the customer
