From now on, we will always got to the harbor blvd or capitol ave subway location. Ever since a new manager has been here (male, 30s) sandwiches have been sloppy or made incorrectly. Today I ordered on the app, waited an hour as the app said to do, but still no sandwich. Finally I went inside and showed the cost charged to subway on Apple Pay but this man (who refused to tell me his name when I asked) spoke rudely and aggressively. I am uncomfortable ever returning to the town center subway location

As a local, Not a good experience at all. Just rude team. The owner was there and it makes sense why there are bad reviews based on attitude. All the avocados were brown and not fresh. There was napkin rippings in the pickles. I asked for fresher acacado & for the napkin to be Removed. Both the owner and employee had attitudes :( I don’t want to come back to support this franchise.

Went to purchase my lunch during break time. One female employee was extremely rude. She talked to me with attitude and treated me extremely disrespectful. I am not sure of her name because she did not have a name tag. I will never return to this subway in West Sacramento, Ca. If she is going to be disrespectful then I will gladly pay a different fast food business. Again terrible service and I would not recommend.

I use my mobile app for a Subway sandwich and made a mistake of using the wrong address contacted them and super rude. She hung up on my face and told me yeah we can do it… I will never eat the subway ever again..DONT EAT

Well, but I couldn't use the Bogotá 50 discount that they offer in the app, it says you can use it in the store and you can't do it, I think in my opinion, give it what they offer, very bad
So I had went to subway on my lunch hour on Friday January 5th 2024 and I ordered a foot long spicy Italian sandwich and after I finished my meal after a few hours later I had got really bad food poisoning and I was completely sick for three day after eating there food. It was such a bad experience for me and I had ended up in the hospital because of it. I just barely got better from the food poisoning. I called subway to let them know what had occurred with me about my experience after eating there food and they said oh I’m so sorry do you want a refund and I said yes because your food got me severely sick and then they continued to asked me do I have the receipt and I said no I don’t have it but I know what I ordered and from that they became very rude towards me because I said well if you can’t assist me into getting my refund I can call corporate about this and then they told me we’ll go ahead and you do that and hung up the phone in my face. I’m a paying customer and I should have not been treated Like that. So I will not be going back to there again.

I always come here every Wednesday after school and the workers here are pretty friendly :) good and fast service, although the place is small, the vibes here are nice!!
This location owes me 40$ worth of bacon and avocado. Every single time i do a mobile order and put to add bacon and avocado THEY NEVER PUT IT. Thats 4$ damn near every time i order being wasted and it ruins the sandwhich.
How come everytime I order DoorDash from this Subway they don't TOAST my sub. They also put tiny portions, the children working here clearly think it's funny to mess with people who order food.
