So I had went to subway on my lunch hour on Friday January 5th 2024 and I ordered a foot long spicy Italian sandwich and after I finished my meal after a few hours later I had got really bad food poisoning and I was completely sick for three day after eating there food. It was such a bad experience for me and I had ended up in the hospital because of it. I just barely got better from the food poisoning. I called subway to let them know what had occurred with me about my experience after eating there food and they said oh I’m so sorry do you want a refund and I said yes because your food got me severely sick and then they continued to asked me do I have the receipt and I said no I don’t have it but I know what I ordered and from that they became very rude towards me because I said well if you can’t assist me into getting my refund I can call corporate about this and then they told me we’ll go ahead and you do that and hung up the phone in my face. I’m a paying customer and I should have not been treated Like that. So I will not be going back to there again.

Before ordering my sandwich, I kindly asked if the artist would swap her gloves because I have allergies to certain things. I was given a very rude and snarky look back. I then noticed there was a lot of cross-contamination on the toppings and knives used. I ordered a turkey sand and ended up not touching my food because I found other meats in my sandwich that I'm allergic to (tuna and tomato residue)Very disappointing place. Please upkeep your restaurant.

Can we close this place down and open a cheba hut instead. You know where employees love their job. These two miserable females that worked here at 4:40 pm on 4/30/23 are horrible. The place was completely empty and neither one of them greeted us. I can't believe the atm machine even asked about a tip. Hell no people like this don't get a tip. I'm done! They don't even deserve a one star.

I always come here every Wednesday after school and the workers here are pretty friendly :) good and fast service, although the place is small, the vibes here are nice!!

Ordered online and got the no bready bowl + my partner had a meatball marinara!Everything tasted fine, but the no bready bowl had half the meat it said it would - it's supposed to have a footlong's amount of meat but I just had three meatballs in my bowl so it looked fairly small! Aside from that service was pretty quick and ambiance was typical of a subway - pretty quiet when we went on a Thursday night! Probably not going to be my first choice spot in the plaza, but was an okay try!

This location owes me 40$ worth of bacon and avocado. Every single time i do a mobile order and put to add bacon and avocado THEY NEVER PUT IT. Thats 4$ damn near every time i order being wasted and it ruins the sandwhich.
How come everytime I order DoorDash from this Subway they don't TOAST my sub. They also put tiny portions, the children working here clearly think it's funny to mess with people who order food.
