just go to the green haven T4 and don’t waste your time here. ordered one drink and waited almost 15 mins for it. only one barista working and she does not know how to multitask. there was only me and one other girl. she was waiting for the food for the other girl and once that was done she didn’t even start my drink. 5 people walked in and she decided to take all 5 orders then started my drink after staring around. thai tea was bitter!!!!! i got thai tea with vanilla ice cream and no ice and boba and it was so freaking bitter. greenhaven t4 makes it way better. they need to hire ethnicity within the company … doesn’t sound right a hispanic girl is making BOBA.

No bags I had to carry everything hoping it does not fall, how hard is it to get bags. No basil in the basil popcorn chicken and no flavor 16th street flavor always better. Off brand soy sauce, cheap owner here. 1/5 cashier was by themselves and no cold soda selection was available.

I can’t tell you about the food because I was just picking up and delivery order for a customer, but the customer service is rude. after the young lady finished with the family in front of me, she looked in my face and turn around and went to the back of the store. I ordered lobsters balls, noddles, basil chicken and calamari.
The first thing that I didn’t like was the lobster balls it was really rubbery and there was no flavor or no seasoning . The noodles are not like the other T4 because I ordered garlic noodles and they said they don’t have that so instead they gave me some fat noodles witch was chow mein. Im use to the thin noddles with garlic and basil like South Sacramento location. The chicken is always on point so I definitely love that and we highly recommend it. Calamari, however I don’t eat but my friends said it was good. I just wish that all locations would serve the same food because the noodles are nothing like the other T4 location..
Amazing and refreshing. Cashiers are always the sweetest and quick service. Will keep you coming back for more!

The guy who took my order when I arrived took a long time to stand up from the back and when he finally did stand up he was rude and had an attitude. He wore no gloves what so ever even after | handed him my money he prepared my order without washing his hands. I ordered what I usually ordered and about thirty minutes after my stomach was hurting and I threw up not long after that. Please speak with him or have him fired for being unsanitary and rude. Will not be going back.Thank you.

I got the wing plate and I love that you can sub rice and noodles for pot stickers ?. Also got the fried calamari. It was everything. Definitely going back. For my drink I got the peach honey smoothie with basil seeds, mango poppers and fruit jelly. I wouldn’t change anything. It was amazing.

The man who took our order , handles my money , prepared our tea, hand inserted lemon slices. I knew better. When I rook a sip immediately had a soar throat. A few hours later my left side of my throat was harsh and irritated. I won't be coming back .

Employees are not very friendly and can come off as rude. This is our regular to go to and today my bucket is full. Their drinks are good and I personally think they got it down when it comes to that. I hope they can improve their costumer service. Next time I hope they greet us and say thank you because there would be no business if regulars and costumers like us don’t invest our money here.
