The guy who took my order when I arrived took a long time to stand up from the back and when he finally did stand up he was rude and had an attitude. He wore no gloves what so ever even after | handed him my money he prepared my order without washing his hands. I ordered what I usually ordered and about thirty minutes after my stomach was hurting and I threw up not long after that. Please speak with him or have him fired for being unsanitary and rude. Will not be going back.Thank you.

I got the wing plate and I love that you can sub rice and noodles for pot stickers ?. Also got the fried calamari. It was everything. Definitely going back. For my drink I got the peach honey smoothie with basil seeds, mango poppers and fruit jelly. I wouldn’t change anything. It was amazing.

The man who took our order , handles my money , prepared our tea, hand inserted lemon slices. I knew better. When I rook a sip immediately had a soar throat. A few hours later my left side of my throat was harsh and irritated. I won't be coming back .

Employees are not very friendly and can come off as rude. This is our regular to go to and today my bucket is full. Their drinks are good and I personally think they got it down when it comes to that. I hope they can improve their costumer service. Next time I hope they greet us and say thank you because there would be no business if regulars and costumers like us don’t invest our money here.

Came to T4 to get a Thai bubble milk tea. The way you can customize your sweetness and ice levels sets this shop apart from all the others! Also got an order of the cheese wontons and the fried basil chicken.
Love the seating area inside. They always have a positive attitude since I've been there and always helpful! Food is alright (:

Uhh, no boba at a boba shop? But they paid for it in the kiosk? Yelling at the customer, telling them "no boba!" Is not a good way to treat customers. The tall Asian guy with the hat and the glasses is very rude to the customers. I am an Asian guy so that also gives bad rep. The tea and the popcorn chicken tastes good tho.

I order the pineapple tea , I decide to try something new . I usually order taro or Thai tea or the mango smoothie, which is really sweat . I love their basil popcorn chicken. It is delicious, warm and flavorful. I'm still an explosion in your mouth. They used the combination of dark and light meat. The basil popcorn chicken never disappoint me . We like stopping by T4 once in a while for boba when in West Sac. You can place your order at the kiosk. They have a wide selection of drinks on their menu. We enjoy their basil popcorn chicken. Prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, they were out of the lemon bomb but nicely substituted it for another drink. Short wait time for the drinks and food.
Workers were slow and disrespectful. Don’t go here unless you want to wait 20 minutes for a smoothie.
