I have a feeling this talk about is under new management. The staff is well trained. Good customer service. Very polite. And the food was really good. You can tell they're trying with their value menu to support people who need a break and are hungry. I think that's awesome.

My wife went to pick up an order and the cashier argued with her when she asked for her second drink. He wouldn’t give it to her until she provided her receipt as if it doesn’t exist on their screen. This same guy dropped our food last time we were here. He needs extra training with customer service.

Man I paid $8 for some nacho bell grande with hardly anything on it barley any meat ill never get a nacho Bel grande again its not worth it . The worker was nice and polite .

This is a great Taco Bell that happens to be located in West Sacramento right outside of Lowe's. Prices are way higher than I would expect from Taco Bell but the food's good and consistent and you can't find some specials.
Gave us someone else’s order. Asked for it back after I opened everything in the bag and gave it to the customer at the counter. Not a great thing to do. We got ours and it wasn’t complete.

This has got to he the absolute SLOWEST taco bell in existence. They're lucky that they're the only one in the area at all, otherwise nobody would come here. The food is mediocre AT BEST and good luck getting through the drive thru in a reasonable timeframe.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The drive thru only had five cars in it, but it was taking them forever to even move out one car, so I went inside. Upon entering, a guy looked to his left and said there's somebody at the register, and the girl said, "Oh well." Even so, I waited for almost 2 more minutes... the same guy walked up and handed out an order of only 2 soft tacos, stared at me, turned around, and walked away without even saying as much as hello, we'll be right with you, etc. I will never ever come back to this place again it is the poorest run Taco Bell and to the owners: you're getting ripped off on your payroll that you pay out...I counted at least 5 employees and I used to work at a Taco Bell and I used to make the orders all by myself and kept under a 2-minute handle time so the employees you're paying aren't doing a whole lot other than complaining to each other. The manager on duty when this review is being written on 04/23/23 9:36 p.m. needs to be retrained on what it means to manage both a restaurant as well as a staff of people. Very disappointing... turns me off from Taco Bell as a whole.
