What seemed to be a business's worst nightmare, and for many was, COVID-19 hit just when W&S opened. Thank goodness they persevered by sticking with the plan of offering a selection of USEFUL products, like botanicals that have a history of being found to be viable alternatives or supplements to what pharma offers, not over-hyped 15 minutes of fame crap. I'd never heard of a salt room, but my wife suggested we should try it. It was amazing, in the same way laying back in a chair on a beach is. Imagine the way you know that you're near the ocean when you start to taste a little bit of salt on your lips as you get closer. That's just part of the experience. I felt undistracted and found that I didn't even do much introspection during our session, because I felt so separate from the things I ruminate about and I enjoyed the pause that I don't experience with most of the meditation I do, when I actually do it. ? Five stars!

I got the Hawaiian Sunset with mango #14 (recommended by staff), and was thoroughly impressed. Paid $9.75 cash. Took the first spoonful off the top which revealed layers of beautifully colored delicious and fluffy shaved ice with perfect Hawaiian mochi at the bottom. Definitely would recommend and will come again. Friendly staff.

OMG! Don’t question it. Just go. The CLEANEST WATER ever makes the most magical Hawaiian ice!!! It’s worth every single penny and I swear you will feel more elevated after partaking. It’s so fluffy and delicious. I can hardly explain. Plus, there’s just so much more to this unique and lovely place of healing and good vibes. I felt better the second I walked in. I was blessed with a cup of their hydrogen water from the owner and it literally changed my mood immediately. Again, I can’t explain. The fact that this slice of holistic Heaven exists in such a strange part of town is something that shouldn’t be questioned. Just go there and partake and be renewed. The sweetest people work here too. Lots of information available on site.
