I placed my order through the Wing Stop app. My order arrived and I didn't receive my a chicken sandwich. I couldn't find anywhere on their site to report an issue with my order. I called the store, a guy answered and said he can issue a refund but keep putting me in hold. I figured he was trying to ask for help. 20 minutes went by, someone one picked up and soon as I said hello,they hanged up. I guess I will be contacting my bank.
Everytime I give this place another chance I am always left dissatisfied. The food always seems to be cold. The place is always dirty inside and most of the workers are not so friendly. I’m done giving this place chances. Food is always so disappointing!!! Not to mention the wait for the food is always insane? Like an hour or more is actually crazy to wait.

THEY DO NOT listen to ppl orders 😒 my flats were drumsticks and tht was NOT wht I ordered the (Young light skinned guy with glasses messed up my order) fries COLD SODA FLAT they pay No ATTN to customers

Management is the biggest issue. Why are there only two employees working on National Wing Day? Seriously, there should be at least four or five. Shout out to the two girls who were holding it down by themselves.
UPDATE: after waiting 45 minutes for food we ended up getting refunded for, and not having anything to show for it but at risk perishables in the car, I can confidently say I will not be back
Got charged for the wrong kind & amount of wings, charged at the wrong price (bc they were the wrong kind), and then, 30 minutes after ordering, am told that the only person who can do anything about it is on break…I swear there are good workers here and one snake, I just wish I caught her name.

I ordered lemon pepper wings and they were way too sour. I ordered a coke soda and it wasn't fizzy.
My son placed an order online for the Freeport store, but the app defaulted to the West Sacramento location. We encountered technical issues with the app, receiving error messages. I contacted the store and spoke with Ali, who identified himself as the manager and general manager. However, he refused to listen to my concerns and instead blamed me for the app's technical issues. Ali stated that he would need to consult with his team regarding a refund, citing that the wings had been prepared for over 30 minutes. This was puzzling, given that the order was placed online at 12:27 PM. After contacting the West Sacramento store at 12:50 PM, Ali answered the phone at 12:55 PM. It is unclear how the chicken was prepared so quickly. According to the Wingstop app, the order was scheduled to be ready at 12:48 PM. Ali claimed that the chicken was ready for pickup by 12:40 PM. I requested that the chicken be recooked or that I receive a refund. Ali responded rudely, stating that I would need to call back later after he spoke with his online team, and repeatedly claimed that I was the source of the mistake. This man printed the order didn't wash his hands and cooked the chicken in under 8 minutes. This is nasty and I plan to report Health Department and to Bank.

My son got sick from their wings, coming out of both ends. We have the receipt on hos phone and now claim they have no order from him for a refund. He has been sick for over 24 hours now. And the manager with a Indian accent is not helpful and lied more than once to me and says his managers numbers or asking if they are a corporation or privately owned was none of my business.. he also told me that if their food gets cold from being delivered people can get sick from it. His words I swear. Beware going to this Wing Stop. My family will never deal with this establishment of food that makes people sick again after this incident is over and he gets a refund...!
Typical food blah blah blah BUT the staff’s inappropriate behavior is the only reason yoy need to not visit this location. Why of course, my main issue isn’t with all the employees but with the management and a singular employee. Management was informed of an employee’s inappropriate behavior towards ME, a customer, and they did not take accountability and disregarded the employee’s actions.. all because he was a “good worker”. Truly repulsive.

Went online to the winston website to place a delivery order. We got the deal in the picture and when it arrived for delivery i asked the man if he had our other drink, he said no and asked to go back and i said it's okay it's no big deal. I then go upstairs to open the bad and we're missing ranch, our 2nd drink, our mild wings, and the upgrades made to the corn. I call and ask to be refunds for the missing items and the only 2 options they give me are to come pick up a remade order which i couldn't do that's why i ordered to go, or to contact the delivery service (doordash or uber eats). The issue is i was never given any order confirmation by either of those third parties i only had the email above, i even checked my doordash app and nothing there, and downloaded uber eats and nothing. The manager who I spoke to, Ali, said to call back in two hours. I thought that was so weird because what difference does that make, i think he was waiting for the next manager to come in and pass it off to someone else? I call back and talk to a shift lead who told me it was his first day. He seemed fed up by the manager and kept apologizing, I asked to speak to a manager and i asked if it was the same one i spoke to and he said yes ma'am, i felt bad for the guy. I then spoke to Ali again and was told I could wait for a day im able to come and pick the order up since i have the order number and it will be remade for me. Since then i've called the store a couple times a week when i'm available and it goes straight to voicemail..each time. I then have left numerous voicemails, VERY KINDLY i may add, and have not received a single call back. It's just upsetting.

The staff there is absolutely horrible mind you I’ve given this location multiple chances because when it’s busy I mean quality can be lower but no… they just are that BAD. Rude cashiers to cold food definitely avoid this
