Very ride customer service. I ordered a $5.00 frappe. I asked to please but a lot of caramel drizzle on the top. I was not informed I would be charged . 80 cents and there was literally close to no drizzle on the whipped cream. The male was so rude to me about it. I will never go back there!

Since they went to strictly machines there is no customer service anymore. I miss getting to interact with people I hate those dang machines. Get rid of them

It’s a McDonald’s, you know what you’re getting quality-wise. This one had a pretty speedy drive-through and made a fine breakfast sandwich.

Grabbed the 10 for $1 McNuggets, and they were as good as Mcdonalds gets. The service was good, but the restrooms were disgusting. Ordered a unexpected good hot and spicy Chicken sandwich. The bun was so fresh, which made the sandwich so perfect.

Stopped in to McDonald's in Westly, while traveling to SoCal. Our granddaughter likes McDonald's. Clean restaurant. We used the self serve kiosk to order. Easy and convenient. Our order was ready pretty quickly. A pleasant surprise, considering the McDonald's in the area we live, aren't so "speedy". The food was good and the service was good. Restrooms were clean too. Overall, a good visit.
