I tried to order an iced coffee at 7:00am on a Friday and they said they were out already. As far as I know, the ingredients are coffee, and ice, and they obviously had plenty of both.

EDIT: I walked across the street to Bristol Farms and they made an iced coffee fyi.

Had a couple problems with this place before but ultimately good for a bucks, and Avery in particular gave me some good energy and did things I would want to see if she was my employee. So, if nothing else, great employee ya got here.

Awful customer service. My daughter went to bathroom had her doll and left her doll in there. Right after here one of the workers we t in to clean.
When we ask for doll in few minutes , one of them said yes they have seen it! Went to back to bring it but came and said no they don’t have it! So clearly they found it as they said but they didn’t give it to us ! They were also looking at each other and laughing while I was asking for the doll!
Clearly they took it and didn’t give it to us and that’s the doll that my daughter loved and crying now As I am writing the review! This is robbery in the daylight!

Standard Starbucks's. Watch out for the drip coffee. Ours was EXTREMELY HOT. The new Starbucks top comes off the cup pretty easily & the spillage was no fun!

I’ve visited this Starbucks several times, and each time has its own unique vibe. There’s a subtle sense of character here that makes it feel slightly different from other locations – almost like it has a personality of its own. The drinks are consistent and up to Starbucks’ usual standards, which is always appreciated. The staff are friendly, attentive, and seem genuinely committed to making your visit pleasant, whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or settling in with your laptop for a couple of hours.

One of the strong points of this branch is the atmosphere. It’s cozy without feeling cramped, and there’s usually a nice mix of background music and conversation that gives the place a welcoming hum. The interior design has a touch of creativity and imagination, which makes the space feel warm and alive.

That said, the parking situation could definitely be improved. It’s not terrible, but it’s not the most convenient either—especially during busy hours. It sometimes takes a bit of circling around to find a good spot, which might be a downside if you’re in a rush.

Overall, though, I’d say this is a solid Starbucks location. It’s a great spot for a casual meet-up, remote work, or just a quick caffeine fix. The staff do a great job, and the little quirks of this branch actually add to its charm.

I have been placing online orders almost everyday and pick up in store.. they have always had my order ready on time and properly , staff is friendly and there is a nice patio area with seats in front of the store to sit and enjoy the coffee

For the very first time, I ordered through the Starbucks app and was concerned that something might go wrong since I was ordering it through delivery. Well… it did, I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew but received an iced vanillla latte. The bag was correct because it had my name and sticker of my drink but inside the bag it was the wrong drink. I called the establishment 8 times and no one picked up, and on top of that someone picked up one of those times and hung up on me.

Pretty much will never order through the app again, and pretty disappointed that this happened.

I was disappointed with the service during my recent visit. After placing my coffee order, I stepped away to use the restroom. Upon returning, I noticed a cup on the counter and instinctively held it to check if it was mine. Instead of a courteous clarification, a staff member addressed me in a condescending manner, stating that I should not have touched the cup.

While I understand the importance of handling customer orders carefully, the approach could have been more professional and respectful. My hands were sanitized, yet the staff, who were not wearing gloves, made me feel embarrassed in front of other customers.

This experience reflects poor customer service. There are more polite and considerate ways to communicate with customers. I hope the management invests in proper training to ensure their staff uphold basic courtesy and professionalism, as no guest should leave feeling disrespected.
