Went 3 times about a month or two apart each. First two times I got off and service is really slow and they barely acknowledge you’re there. They were out of hot fudge for my sundae the first two times and had to substitute with chocolate syrup. The third time my husband and I went through the drive through and my sundae had no hot fudge or chocolate syrup. Not sure if they were out or just forgot. If they were still out they didn’t inform me otherwise I’d substitute for the chocolate syrup. They also got my husbands milkshake flavor wrong. Gave them a few chances but won’t be going back.

30$ for half of the menu not available bad service not knowing how to make a milkshake that was literally just milk they messed up my order with the wrong flavor. Terrible service 1 star do not recommend

I entered the store to annoying loud music. No one seemed to notice that I came in. I tried to find the flavor of the month in the ice cream case. If it was there it was not correctly labelled. Several of the ice creams were.melted with saggy boils of ice cream on the edges. I waited and waited. I began to time my wait. While I stood there holding my watch for nearly 4 minutes no one said anything to me. The employees were laughing over something on a tablet device. One was sweeping. One was putting cups in the holder. No one made any attempt to serve me. I gave up and left.

This store is terrible. They provide small scoops. Refuse to weigh the hand packed. Be sure you demand that they weigh it because it is sold by weight not volume. They do not fill up the container stating that they aren't allowed to push the ice cream down.

My complaints are not just one visit but numerous visits in store and drive through. This ice cream is overpriced in the first place but to receive no service and under weight servings is unacceptable.

Pulling up to any drive thru, you expect to see a menu and then make a choice.
According to the voice on the box, Baskin-Robbins has 32 flavors which they rotate… she seemed confused when I asked her what flavors were available. Okay, I think you probably get the point - they don’t have their flavors on the menu and their staff won’t read all of them to you. I feel this is the single dumbest corporate decision I’ve ever seen. It’s like they say in a room and said, “How can we make our ordering process harder?”

For the situation that happened just now employees handled it well. Old couple behind us all in me and my families business for no reason because they can't learn to wait caused a seen over a cone and a bowl that the Old couple screwed up on. Talk about Karen's. And stormed out of the store like a 5year old not getting their way. Again employees did great! This Old couple acted like kids. Even my 8 yr old asked why are they throwing a fit over ice cream lol.

The customer service was non existent. Went to this location at 10:30 pm on May 17th. The doors were locked so we had to use the drive thru. The young lady over the intercom had the worst attitude when taking our order. After we arrived to the window to pay and pick up her attitude continued. I don’t understand how she is employed. She was not wearing a name tag but she had brown hair and a side bang with her hair in a ponytail. We will not be coming back.

Their ice cream cakes are stale and overpriced. They put these white beads on our cake that made it not edible- almost chipped our teeth.

Do not order a birthday cake from here. I went to go pick up my daughters caked she picked out and customized and was so excited for , to be told it wasn’t made. They nonchalantly said “I guess we lost or misplaced the ticket” 20 minutes before her party started. They offered me a 10 percent discount on a cake that said happy Halloween. I had no choice but to spend 60 dollars on a cake I did not want , said happy Halloween and it was terrible and stale. I was so upset and more so upset for my daughter.
