Umm the only positive thing to say was service was okay. Otherwise, the coffee and cream cheese filled bagel bites tasted fake dirty water. The bagel for my breakfast sandwich was rubbery too. Should have opted for another place. Ended up throwing out all our food and coffee since it was picked up for an hour and a half drive. Do not recommend. I would suggest this business check their water or something.

Do not order a birthday cake from here. I went to go pick up my daughters caked she picked out and customized and was so excited for , to be told it wasn’t made. They nonchalantly said “I guess we lost or misplaced the ticket” 20 minutes before her party started. They offered me a 10 percent discount on a cake that said happy Halloween. I had no choice but to spend 60 dollars on a cake I did not want , said happy Halloween and it was terrible and stale. I was so upset and more so upset for my daughter.

I ordered my son birthday cake at baskin robbin wildomar. cake already paid, today I went to pick it up and no cake!, they didn't do it, no explanation, no apologize, manager so bad! I will never go back to this store.

If I could put a zero star I would. Kyla is an awful person to work with does nothing all day and then makes you do all the work and clock out late. Never work here as a first job it's awful I can name all yalls names but I won't no one trained nothing they all just stand around talking on their mics. And if they don't feel like doing something they will make the new person do it even if they only have 2 minutes left on the clock. They ran me around like a slave.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.. I have gone here twice in one week for my granddaughter.. both times, the customer service was HORRIBLE.. after standing at the ice cream counter for a good 3-4 minutes watching 3 employees talking about customers on there headsets amongst each other. Just as I thought I was going to be next. MADISON, walks right past me to assist someone who just walked in the door.. this is the 2nd time MADISON has ignored me. When I confirmed her about it. She laughs and says, I DIDNT SEE YOU. How could you not? TERRIBLE. MADISON, get another job. I will not be coming back there.. the employees need customer service training. Hopefully the higher ups see this review and all the other 1 star's DISAPPOINTING

I ordered a dozen donuts, plus some other things. The young lady who took my order sounded miserable on the intercom. I got to the window and was handed a box that had glaze all over it! On the top and bottom. I asked for a new box and they seemed confused. I overheard them talking and one young lady said "it will be the same if we do it again...." I was then asked to pull forward. I asked what appeared to be the leader on duty if she was upset because it was clear she was annoyed. This was a horrible experience!!! They need to be reminder what good customer service looks like.

Went through the drive through today and Margaret, on the pale side and wearing glasses, was extremely rude. We were informed three orders was not allowed, so after doing 2 we came back around so that my daughter could have something as well. She immediately gave us a dirty look and whispered something to her co-worker. We told her to scratch the avocado toast if possible because we could not afford it and she glares and rolls her eyes then continues to say "anyone want an avocado toast". Very poor customer service and Margaret should be told a thing or two about manners. I don't appreciate her ruining my morning and being a b*****

Worst customer service I ever experienced. My brother and I were ordering ice cream. When Madison was taking our order and was rushing us and giving us attitude the whole entire time. When we pulled up to the window I asked the guy to tell me the name of the lady that took our order he asked why and I told him, she was being very rude when we were trying to order. I couldn't even finish my order without her saying " okay are you done" when we only got two things....He was stating that the lady in front of us was giving her a hard time. I told him I worked in customer service and I get how frustrating it can be but that's doesn't mean you get the treat people like that. Just because someone was being rude or whatever doesn't mean you get to treat that next person like crap. This type of people make a good place look bad.

Yuk! My first and LAST time having Dunkin Donuts. And to think folks camped out overnight waiting for Dunkin to open. Donuts are tasteless and icing was " wet" , stale !

Their ice cream cakes are stale and overpriced. They put these white beads on our cake that made it not edible- almost chipped our teeth.

Super friendly service. I am at work, pretty easy to please. Well these hard working ladies, blew me away with reccommending a healthy choice plus delicious other food parings!Pretty excited for lunch at work, that never happens.Avocado toast with sun dried tomatoes and bacon, black peppered sausage crossiant-which, and large ice coffee with delicious whip will keep me up and wnergized for my hour an ten minute drive ETA. Thank you!! Amazing job with the upsell and super fast and welcoming!
