Super small burritos, didn't lable them so it was lile Russian roulette guessing who's food whas who's. I've ordered extra beef and paid for it and got the same dinky amount as the other burritos it was a waste of an extra $8. Also the chips are always stale.

Don’t go unless you’re not hungry. Tiny portions and rude workers. They won’t even add more after you ask them to. Happy they added a chipoltle here but sadly will never return. Definitely better off going a little farther to the murrieta location!

This location is the worst in this area. They’re stingy on the portion sizes here. Also the chips… they’re 99% of the time stale. Like seriously the way they do the chips should be changed. They make them then put them on a shelf in paper bags not sealed and they sit there God knows how long until they get sold. They probably just rotate the ones that didn’t sell one day to the front the next day and that is why they are always stale and old tasting. And that seasoning they put on them is DISGUSTING.

1st time they Did not have any stake 45 minutes before closing. they would not make any..So me and my Daughter walked out. 2nd stake was all dried out not fresh I time Asked for corn on the side instead of on my bowl. They charged me $$$ extra for the corn on the side with none in my bowl. They have done this twice. Meat portions skimpy.
Used to love this franchise...Not any more. This is how franchise go out of busines. Loosing customer base by cutting corners and over charging. Sad..

Server gave barely half a scoop of meat so I asked if she could please give me more meat. She gave me another half scoop then charged me for double meat. When I complained that I didn’t ask for double meat I just asked for a regular serving she sneered at me and walked away. Should have refused to pay but was honestly kinda shocked at the whole thing.

We usually like Chipotle. If you've been, you know portions are generally huge. Our bowls at this Chipotle looked really sad. We received about about 1 quarter of the scoops of rice, etc. instead of full scoops and asked them to at least give us half to a whole scoop. They still spooned on tiny amounts at a time. I'm not sure what that was about. There was no one in line behind us, but the employees acted rushed. The guacamole was brown in most parts. My daughter got a few meat pieces in her veggie bowl and had to throw it out. It's just not what we expect from them.

Staff are sweet especially the cashier and young lady working the line.Look like sisters ? always a pleasure to be greeted by these two.
