The food will be cold and the meat atleast 12 HOURS OLD if you go in during the night shift. The staff will argue with you about everything and do NOT want to cook fresh food overnight. I watched the manager ask for extra tins a meat to be cooked so they would have food overnight till the next morning, Disgusting!

They some how are never able to get an order right. Every time that I go to this location they mess up at minimum one item in my order. I highly urge people to not go to this location.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered bacon breakfast burrito this morning and no bacon on it. Burrito was mushy. The lady at drive through was very very rude and might as well thrown the bag at me and slammed the drive through window in my face. I was so excited for this burrito because I just recently moved back to Cali and there wasn’t any Del Taco where I lived. Very disappointing experience. Horrible customer service. Won’t be back. Most likely won’t order at a Del Taco ever again.

I’ve been to Del Taco many times and usually enjoy the food, but this visit was a huge letdown. On the first bite of my burrito, I found a hair inside. It immediately killed my appetite. I hope management takes food prep and sanitation more seriously.

They seem to forget an item about half the time I go. Usually fries or something I don't notice until I'm home. Minimal enough I usually don't bother returning to say something.
Waited in line for over 20 minutes to get this. Had a very long day and service was not great. I didn’t end up turning around and asking them to remake it because I get what it’s like being in the fast food business having to deal with a lot of customers it can be very stressful but getting my food like this was not OK. Does that look like a half pound burrito? It was folded on both side’s and completely smashed with barely any beans or anything in it. And the quesadilla was so burnt that it tasted like a cracker. My fries were completely burnt. Always come back here thinking it’s gonna be better this time, but I will no longer be going to this Del taco they don’t have good service or food 😕.

There was a line of cars and ONE person working the drive thru, taking orders and making the food. Doing everything on his own. I thought for sure my order would be wrong but it wasn't. There was another lady working with him but she was slow as molasses and kept giving him attitude while he remained professional and just kept getting orders done. It truly was like she wasn't there and only in his way because she wasn't helping like she should. The guy held up under the pressure and got it done and our food was great! Felt really bad for him though!!
Had to come home and write a review about the great service I received from I believe Erika. A older lady and I had been waiting to order at the registers for quit sometime I had coupons I wanted to use 🤣 don't judge me! And the lady just wanted her little tacos. I believe Erika came off break and seen us standing there waiting to be helped and jumped right into action and took care of us immediately. Erika if you see this keep up the great customer service that type of work ethics will get you far in the work force where ever you may go in the future 👏🏾🧔🏾♂️
