Spend 50 minutes waiting then when I called back they said the system crashed when they were placing the order. Instead of having me wait or calling back to re order they just said you wont be charged for the order when I called yo check the order. Worst service I've had in a while the manager has no ability to manage anything and should be re evaluated to a floor sweeping position

Tonight's order of boneless chicken was disappointing. Instead of 8 boneless wings, we got chicken shrapnel. I've never had this from them before.
I order 3 medium pizzas and i wanted a 1 hour long to get my pizza and I didn’t even get. Something to apologize for the hour wait.
The food was great, but it took 25 minutes for a small pizza. Also, the old man that does delivery rear ended us, and then drove away!! Damage wasn’t too bad, but the audacity to drive away ? I’ve seen other reviews about this man, and they aren’t good. The workers inside were ok, but they really slow. I don’t recommend this dominoes, but dominoes in general is great.

They’re almost always friendly at this location; scratch that, I can’t think of a time they weren’t friendly. Yet the last time I placed an order online and picked it up, the pizza was BARELY lukewarm. I’m not sure if their bags were left open, maybe the heating lamps were in need of replacement or what, but that’s the only reason they aren’t getting 5 stars from me. Nobody orders a pizza, goes to sneak a taste and BEFORE he even gets BACK HOME the pizza is barely warm?!

3rd time we have ordered from this location, and they delivered very fresh, hot food. Delivery has always been on-time and no skimping on the toppings. Given the price of food I expect to get what I ordered, and they delivered exactly what I wanted and not one bad pizza.

This place is quite a disaster with many unhappy and angry customers within the storefront. This anger comes from wrong orders, missed orders and super long wait times. The order tracker is a farce - my "20 minute max" pizza took over 45 minutes (just one small plain cheese pizza). For the store leadership team - the many issues may stem from only one employee working (to include pizza making AND covering the front counter).

I don’t have a problem with my order. My problem is the old man (Edward) who always delivers my pizza and is constantly pressuring & forces a damn tip. That is absolutely annoying & uncomfortable. Tips are optional not mandatory!!! So unprofessional

We ordered pizza here for the first time. We ordered a lg vegetarian with reg crust and it was pretty decent pizza. We waited at the store about 20 mins for our pizza.

I walked into the store there was food on the floor and 5 employees there. Only 1 of the 5 was working. The other 4, including the manager, were standing around watching the Super Bowl. While I was waiting for my food the alarm for 2 other orders came in and the manager told them they were going to wait until the game was over. That's excellent service. You can listen to the game while you work. If you can not do both then do your job. The manager is supposed to lead by example. I also want to know when it became OK for long hair to be left down when working with food? All the years I was a restaurant manager all hair had to be pulled back.

I ordered a pizza with light cheese and got extra sauce instead. I can’t even pick up a slice without it flopping over my fingers because it so heavy.
