Let's play some declined significantly over the past 5 years. Pepper maple sugar bacon breakfast sandwich was room temperature and almost without bacon. The cheese was unmelted. Very disappointing for 40 something bucks.

Went to Dubkin at about 12:35pm on 11/4/24. Ordered my coffee and once I got to the window I realized I forgot my debit card. 🤦🏻♀️ Thank God for Brooklyn! The young gentleman working at the window! He was kind enough to help me pay for my drink. Such a kind hearted young man. He's proof that chivalry isn't dead! You are so awesome! You made my day! Thank you so much! Excellent customer service! Give this man a raise!

The ladies there are so rude even if your nice to them, they never have anything ready bagels taste old and my coffee tasted like dirt again, I tried to give them a chance but this location is a NO!!! They all hang out not doing anything like they’re not getting paid to service their customers.
