My survey code wasn’t working, but I wanted to give a special shoutout to Maddie. Whenever I’m there, she always provides great customer service and excellent conversation. I know that even if I’m having a bad day, I can get a well-priced cup of coffee—and if I see her, it instantly elevates my day to the next level. I always appreciate seeing her. Thank you all for the great customer service and coffee.

So peaceful you could have quiet time to yourself. Coffee is amazing (but really would like them to add energy drinks). The staff is awesome friendly and always so patient. Thank yoi all for your service here and the chocolate creme and powder creme my fav....quick service also.

Absolutely rude staff! Called corporate. These people do not listen and make drinks that are expensive at that and wrong. You will nicely say hey it’s wrong and you get eye rolls and manager saying well they don’t have attitude lol these people need a new job! Prob One not working with people ! I won’t be going back at all and I hope they shut down and loose their jobs since they are so annoyed working with public ! Disgusting .

The employees here are incredibly rude. We ordered 2 donuts, paid, and were only given 1. When we brought it up we were laughed at and told they were out of the donut we ordered. They did not want to refund or offer a replacement, we had to ask them as they were walking away to give us another donut. Manager didn’t care either when called and hung up.

If you have the option, go to any other location, not this one.

I ordered for pick up throug the drive through. I ordered a coffee and two doughnuts, one glazed and one chocolate. Instead of telling me they were out they just gave me the glaze. When I went in I told them I was missing a chocolate doughnut and she said oh they didn’t tell you we’re out and almost walked away without being asked if I wanted something different. I had to ask them to replace my doughnut with another. I paid for two they should have replaced it from the beginning!
