To charge $17 for a dozen donuts should be criminal. Plus their donuts are garbage. I got a dozen donuts recently for work and there was not a single glaze or chocolate bar, I asked for “assorted” and they gave me a bunch of sprinkle donuts and all the others no one ever orders. They weren’t fresh, tasted like they were at least a day old. I will never go here again. Dunkin’ Donuts, aside from their coffee, is absolute garbage.

Bad customer service, short brown kid with red hair was very disrespectful. Laughing at my face, rolling his eyes and didn’t want to give out his name. I got down to speak with shift leader and he said that the workers don’t need to give out personal information. Very unprofessional and he needs to get fired, don’t come here again!

if you wanna wait 30 minutes in a drive thru, then by the time you get to the window, be told you to pull up to the front and wait another god knows how long for your food to come out. I just left. they just work wayyy too slow and/or inefficiently. this is supposed to be a fast on my way to work type of business. don't go here, go to the Starbucks or del taco if you want faster service on your way towork.

Arrived prior to the posted closing time, but the store was already locked up for the night, very disappointing. If you aren't going to keep to the posted hours then please revise them to when you are actually open.

Came here on national coffee day to get free coffee and some donuts. The service was great and they made my order fresh and really fast. The coffee is delicious and woke me up, perfect for a study session!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.. I have gone here twice in one week for my granddaughter.. both times, the customer service was HORRIBLE.. after standing at the ice cream counter for a good 3-4 minutes watching 3 employees talking about customers on there headsets amongst each other. Just as I thought I was going to be next. MADISON, walks right past me to assist someone who just walked in the door.. this is the 2nd time MADISON has ignored me. When I confirmed her about it. She laughs and says, I DIDNT SEE YOU. How could you not? TERRIBLE. MADISON, get another job. I will not be coming back there.. the employees need customer service training. Hopefully the higher ups see this review and all the other 1 star's DISAPPOINTING

I ordered a dozen donuts, plus some other things. The young lady who took my order sounded miserable on the intercom. I got to the window and was handed a box that had glaze all over it! On the top and bottom. I asked for a new box and they seemed confused. I overheard them talking and one young lady said "it will be the same if we do it again...." I was then asked to pull forward. I asked what appeared to be the leader on duty if she was upset because it was clear she was annoyed. This was a horrible experience!!! They need to be reminder what good customer service looks like.

Went today, not a great experience. Ordered a drink and food. After almost 20 min inquired about food. 4 or 5 workers, nobody but us inside, one or two went through drive through. When I asked about our order (after watching all staff gossip and goof) one girl said she didn’t realize there was an order for food. Asked how much longer and she said 3 min. Turned out to be 12. So we waited over half an hour, to get the wrong order. I pointed out that we were given the wrong egg bites ( she did apologize, she was super sweet) and she also gave us an extra order of egg bites, still not what we ordered. Told her not to worry about it, we were short on time. Just as we were about to leave, they gave us the egg bite correct order. As I said, all super sweet. However, they were so involved in their “hanging out, gossiping, taking” that they didn’t realize, even though my son and I were the only ones in the lobby, that they had forgotten our food order. I’ll definitely give them another chance, but they need to check the orders on their little machine in back every time someone orders.
