I went thru the drive thru and Brenda was very friendly, helpful, and was quick with getting my order and giving the food! Food was perfect and fresh as can be! This location is a bit further out of the way for me, but the service keeps me coming back to this location. I’ve had several bad experiences at the Menifee location with lukewarm food and indifferent employees who don’t care about the customer’s experience. It is refreshing to see employees who actually care and treat you as a real human versus an obstacle to deal with to get to the end of their shift.

Sometimes the chicken isnt well cooked and raw from the inside. Its happened way to many times and its gross this wasnt the only piece but my daughter was eating it and asked me why it was red and tought it was time to get on here and make more people aware of this.

The Manager helped me use the kiosk, which I appreciated. The extra chicken protein tostada had unseasoned, cold, dry chicken. I ordered two BRC burritos with extra cheese to go. I received two all rice burritos (no beans, no cheese) order totally wrong. Food was very disappointing. The place was clean and comfortable. And the manager gave me the avocado salsa that I requested. I'm in no rush to return.
This is the best location in this area. The staff is amazing especially Brenda and Liz. Those girls always do a great job with preparation of the food and of course the Customerservice. I Work at a hospital nearby and I always tell my coworkers to go here for lunch. I’m in and out and I never have a problem. Plus, I come here almost every day of the week. Haha Oh yeah, I reside in Lake Elsinore, but those restaurants are nothing compared to this location.
