Decided to get food after work ( 10pm)Went through the drive thru, placed the order and was asked to wait in the front for our order. When the food the food was brought out fries and onion rings from one meal were cold and also missing fries from the second combo (something is always missing, never fails) Before the employee made it back in the door we called her and even honked to get her attention to let her know we were missing our fries but they kept on walking and closed the door. They took forever to come back to the door and then another while to bring out fries. Then we get home and the salad my husband ordered was horrible! Tomatoes were bad and it looked like they just took chunks from the lettuce head and threw it in the container. Manager could also use a little customer service training.

Great fast food this is one of the Jack in the Box I go to more often in the area. Mainly because there food tastes like it has just been cooked and because they always get your food out to you quickly even when they make you wait outside by the exit in your car.
