If I could give 0 stars I would. Refused to honor the app offer of the day ( free onion rings 12/18/25). The first person couldn't help me because they didn't understand English. The asked the manager to come help and she didn't understand my issue in English either. We just left. Terrible service!

Ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe and the chicken was dry, stale, and honestly the worst I’ve had. The jalapeño poppers tasted like the fryer hasn’t been cleaned in ages. Really disappointing experience.Chicken wraps were dry and just as disappointing.

Absolutely worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to. Service is non-existent, they glare at you when you approach the counter. They don't call you when your food is ready and let it get cold while they talk to each other. If you don't speak Spanish, do not come here. They will hate you.

I’ll start by saying every staff member I interacted with was kind and respectful!

I ordered mozzarella sticks and marinara sauce in the drive through. I was disappointed when I pulled out of the drive through and saw there was no marinara sauce. I parked and went inside to ask for the sauce. The lady at the register disappeared in the back momentarily, handed me 2 small containers of red sauce, and told me to have a good day. I thought “they must have switched their marinara, that looks new!” Well, turns out they gave me 2 packages of salsa. Sadly I didn’t realize until I was already not at the location anymore.

Bummed to not have dipping sauce for the “treat” I wanted today.

I tried calling them to let them know that they forgot one of our hamburgers. the tacos didn't have much in them and they were cold. they spent most of their time talking to each other, which caused our food to be cold. it took 15 mins before we got our food. one of the works took time out to go outside to talk her friend. I did contact the corporate but they never got back to me. this was the 2nd time i come to this location and I won't be back. this happened on Saturday the 12th at 9:50pm. I made a review the day after the didn't realize it was on the app.

Took forever to give me my food with little to no line, only 2 people ahead of me and they’re serving as if they had to actually prepare the food. It’s a fast food restaurant for a reason standards for this restaurant should be higher. It takes 30 seconds to actually make a taco here I shouldn’t be waiting 20 minutes for a munchie meal.

I handed her my card and said I have a coupon she closed the window before I could hand her the coupon and was not paying attention as I'm waving to get her attention she opens and says "oh you should of handed it to me before you gave me the card " I told her one second but she just grabbed my card and ignored me and said she couldn't add it... very rude customer service...

We just had dinner here tonight and the worse thing about it was when my daughter went to used the restroom she slipped and fell on her knees because there was water all over the floor. They need to take care of that and clean up the mess. We live near there it's convenient but we might not be back because of safety and sanitation reason. I took a video of the restroom for proof.
