The worst Jack in the Box. Be sure to check your order. They always forget something. Ordered two breakfast combos and they forgot the hashbrowns for both combos.

Drive tru sucks, never ever gets order right and called on it to talk to manager and kid who answered the phone put on another kid that just started his first day, lol it was like a movie like spagolie from fast times of ridgemont high hahah I was amazed and it cracked me up, America is beautiful and we are going to the toilet I blame it all on potus. Wish it was just a movie.

I ordered online. The tracking said the order would be delivered by 1:30. Then 1:40. Then it said that the order was cancelled. I called Jack In the Box five times to see if the order was indeed cancelled and that I would get a refund. It would ring and ring then go to voicemail. They also have reviews in the 2 out of 5 range. I can see why.

They messed up once and I had to drive back and they messed up again. So my food was cold and wrong. Done with jack in the box all of them.

It was clean and neat when I went in. Hard to find fast food restaurants that are clean anymore. Tables are always dirty these days.

stopped in this morning at 4:15 . was told they were closed till 4:30 ? i allways try , thinking things will change . screwed up orders , lousy service , allays make you go thru the drive thru & park & wait out front . the owner needs to come in & clean house ! heads need to roll - people need to be fired ! i have had so many bad experiences , i will never come back ! if the owner does not want to do anything , then he needs to sell the place ?

Went in just after 4pm today and stood there waiting for someone to come and take my order so I waited about 5min and called out and heard someone say oh give me about 5 more minutes so I just left so she just lost out on 6 full meal orders will never go back to this Jacks

The manager Maria i believe is a rude employee . I been there several times and she always messing up my orders when she bags my food . Everyone else there is perfect ... I think Jack in the box should reconsider who's the manager and who should take her place already . I don't think I'll ever go to this jack in the box again because of her .. for the restraunt 5 stars .. for her zero
