Jersey Mike's Subs

I've been to Jersey Mike’s many times across various locations, but this particular one truly stands out. What impressed me most is that they offer gluten-free bread and take cross-contamination very seriously — which is a big deal for someone with Celiac disease like me.

They wiped down all surfaces before preparing my sandwich, changed gloves, and even had separate bottles of mayo and mustard stored in their own section with a dedicated fridge. The gluten-free bread is kept separate from the regular bread and individually wrapped, which adds an extra layer of safety. I was told that the store manager also has Celiac, which explains the team’s strong awareness and commitment to following proper protocols. You can tell they’ve been trained thoroughly.

I’ve honestly never seen a sandwich station so clean. And it wasn’t just that area — the entire restaurant was spotless. The vibe here is just different in the best way.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by two young ladies working at the front. I didn’t catch their names, but they were incredibly sweet, friendly, and welcoming. Their customer service was absolutely top-notch and really made me want to come back.

Now of course, this is still a sandwich shop — so if you have severe Celiac, there’s always going to be some level of risk despite the precautions. But based on my visit, I felt confident and safe, and I truly appreciate the extra care they put in.

Highly recommend this location for anyone gluten-free or just looking for amazing service and a clean, welcoming environment.

Thank you the staff at this establishment. I had placed an order on the app. Apparently it did not process. I had a semi big order since it's my son's Birthday and I had people coming over. The staff was very understanding and worked with me. I had to wait one hour which is very reasonable and understandable. They had great sub choices and even 2 unique soda options in the fountain with the usual choices as well

Ordered lunch boxes from a day in advance for 11:30am. When I got there to pickup at 11:45, then made me wait an extra 15 minutes up to 12pm to insert the cookies in the boxes and the boxes had no labels of what the inside sandwich was after all this time. I had to ask them to add labels to the boxes that took an extra 5 minutes. Late to my meeting and stressed out. Not professional service at this location. You had plenty of time to prepare.

The respect for customer needs is an absolute treat. As soon as we mentioned a meat allergy Brian and Ira cleaned everything and changed their gloves before making our food. The cashier that day was kind and patient while I communicated in ASL to my husband before answering her questions, I forgot to ask their name, the whole team today was amazing. Thank you for providing safe, clean, and respectful environment for your community, we greatly appreciate it.

Went in on 06-10-24 at 1123am and walked out without ordering. Standing ready to order, waited for somebody to greet me or acknowledge me, both never happened. Plenty of workers working, making sandwiches that looked at me. Just got the vibe that they didn't want to be bothered with another customer. So I just walked over to Taco Bell, and they were more professional.

I was just at this place, walked in, no one said hi or was ready to serve me. There was one worker busy making mobile orders. Finally after 11 minutes of standing at the counter they finally asked for my order. Not the jersey mikes experience to wish for, they definitely need help
