Jersey Mike's Subs

I’ve been to multiple Jersey Mike’s but my family and I had the best experience at this particular location and it was all thanks to one of the employees, Cosmo. From the moment he started helping us he had such kind energy and a welcoming attitude that immediately stood out. He was not only friendly and accommodating, but he also made the whole experience personable.

He took the time to make sure everything about our order was just right and made the interaction feel genuine rather than rushed. That level of care is something I honestly haven’t experienced before at a Jersey Mike’s, and it made the visit stand out in the best way.

The gentleman that made our sandwich right before closing did a fantastic job! Great customer service, great food . Very cool to talk to. Even an employee that was obviously off the clock acknowled us.

This particular location provides very poor service. I had ordered online for a 6PM pickup. Order was not ready until 6:40PM and I had to wait that whole time in the restaurant. Absolutely terrible service.

Since Subway closed by the Albertsons and got replaced by a Little Caesars recently...

I'll just say it... Jersey Mike's is way better then Subway! I don't mind Subway (in fact, Subways Meatball Sub Sandwiches are delicious)...

But Jersey Mike's sandwiches, from how they slice the Meat/Cheese to the quality of the Bread they use... So much tastier/better then Subway essentially!

Great staff and great communication with the manager. My order was prepared incorrectly one time and they responded to my email quickly and apologeticly so I appreciated that tremendously. Accountability is a big thing for me so I'm glad they owned up to that little hiccup and I will be happy to return for more of their delicious sandwiches 😁

Placed online order for pick up, arrived around 6:18 on Tuesday 10/1/25, our order was ready on time, store was clean and well kept, employee was immediately attentive, and sandwich quality was perfect, bread was soft and not over-baked 👍👍

I hate to give this rating ForJersey Mike's, however my experience was not good. The the lady that was preparing my food was very put out. Therefore my food was okay. Customer service in my opinion is super important to a great atmosphere.

I can never remember what # I ordered lol, but it's all good! The service is always great. Ordered ahead & ready for me. When u don't feel like cooking, count on Jersey Mike's to take care of your hunger pangs!

I've been to Jersey Mike’s many times across various locations, but this particular one truly stands out. What impressed me most is that they offer gluten-free bread and take cross-contamination very seriously — which is a big deal for someone with Celiac disease like me.

They wiped down all surfaces before preparing my sandwich, changed gloves, and even had separate bottles of mayo and mustard stored in their own section with a dedicated fridge. The gluten-free bread is kept separate from the regular bread and individually wrapped, which adds an extra layer of safety. I was told that the store manager also has Celiac, which explains the team’s strong awareness and commitment to following proper protocols. You can tell they’ve been trained thoroughly.

I’ve honestly never seen a sandwich station so clean. And it wasn’t just that area — the entire restaurant was spotless. The vibe here is just different in the best way.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by two young ladies working at the front. I didn’t catch their names, but they were incredibly sweet, friendly, and welcoming. Their customer service was absolutely top-notch and really made me want to come back.

Now of course, this is still a sandwich shop — so if you have severe Celiac, there’s always going to be some level of risk despite the precautions. But based on my visit, I felt confident and safe, and I truly appreciate the extra care they put in.

Highly recommend this location for anyone gluten-free or just looking for amazing service and a clean, welcoming environment.

Thank you the staff at this establishment. I had placed an order on the app. Apparently it did not process. I had a semi big order since it's my son's Birthday and I had people coming over. The staff was very understanding and worked with me. I had to wait one hour which is very reasonable and understandable. Thank you so much to Hayley, Arlet and Bryan for going above and beyond for your customers. Thank you, Thank you!!

They had great sub choices and even 2 unique soda options in the fountain with the usual choices as well

Came in with a huge order for the family and every sandwich was made quickly and correctly, employees were friendly. Great location!

Best subs. Clean place. Definitely recommend.
