We have ordered on the app & waited to give them time to have our order ready. Each time we have done this, & arrive to pick up our order, not only do they not have our order ready, they haven't even started it. In addition we have to wait for them to serve anyone else who comes in & stands in line before they begin our order. Obviously the walk ins are not in the queue before our order was placed. Our order has already been paid for. So we are hostage to their servers until they get around to it. Otherwise I would have walked out. This will be the last time we order from this Jersey Mikes. I would prefer to support our local businesses, but the service here has been terrible for us & we are done giving them another chance.

Great service even though I know they were busy being that it was 5:00 Halloween night. I'm sure a lot of people wanted to pick up sandwiches for a quick dinner on a busy night. Food is good and the sandwiches are large not skimpy like at other sandwich places.

Don’t ever try placing orders via telephone at this location. Especially during the weekdays. Employees rarely answer the telephone. I’ve tried calling to place orders on four separate occasions. No answer. Pretty sad.
