DO NOT HESITATE TO USE THIS GROUP FOR YOUR MOST IMPORTANT EVENTS! I really knew no one to help with my mom's Celebration of Life and was at the mercy of the internet. I thank my lucky stars for these angels. They worked with me on the menu and found a way to include some of Mom's favorite desserts. Everything was set up right on time and looked beautiful. The staff serving guests and clearing tables could not have been more kind. The food was extraordinary and got rave reviews from my guests. Thank you Candice and staff for making a very difficult occasion a great coming together event for family and friends!

We were thrilled to have Chef Steve Bearse of New Life Culinary Creations cater the 2024 Colony Salute to Veterans Event at The Colony on November 11, and he and his team delivered an unforgettable experience. Chef Steve crafted a wonderful menu with Roasted Garlic Tri-Tip, Pepita-Crusted Salmon, and beautifully seasoned roasted Acorn Squash that had our guests raving. Each dish was expertly prepared, showcasing not only the freshness of the ingredients but also the passion and skill Chef Steve and his team bring to their work.

Special thanks to Kitchen Queen Candice Nicholas, who coordinated 25 volunteer servers from Living Stones Church and managed a team of 8 amazing staff members. The service was flawless, and her leadership kept everything running seamlessly. The volunteers' dedication and attention to detail, under Candice's guidance, added a warm, personal touch to the event.
